The best room we’ve ever stayed in - beautiful design, private, comfortable, jungle views. Food was delicious - lots of variety at breakfast. The best staff - friendly, respectful, always accommodating. The spa, including yoga space, was in the middle of the jungle and incredibly peaceful. Location was perfect - just a 15 mins drive to the town of Ubud.

EVERYTHING. It was the best hotel and Spa experience we have ever had. They think about each and every detail. The employees are so nice and warming. The room is outstanding, with a perfect decoration and vibe fully integrated with the nature and surroundings, but keeping 100% of privacy, and a pool a magnificent view to a forest in the valley and a river that runs in the bottom of the valley.the pool, the restaurant. The Spa is something from another world. I have no words to describe the experience. Everyone should have the chance to experience it at least one time. WE LOVED IT SO MUCH.

The prices to book tours or taxis are much higher through the hotel than if you go privately, just to be aware. Not all villas have views so if it's important to you, you must say.

An incredible experience staying here, in amongst nature and the sounds of the rainforest. The staff were excellent in catering for all our needs and were always kind, friendly and helpful. The views from the villa were breathtaking and the the villas had everything we needed. We also did the spa which was one of the best we ever did. Highly recommend.

The whole experience was absolutely faboulus and perfect! You guys pay attention to every single details making this experience authentic, magic and feeling like we sleep in family. Everything is perfect. The outstanding detail that they go to. The rooms are amazing…did I mention AMAZING. We arrived to an outside bath full of flowers and a beautiful message across our bed. You literally walk 3 steps from the bed into your own private pool. We did a full tour one day and they offered and made us breakfast to take out with us. These are the things that make such a big difference. It’s going that extra mile. I would go back and stay in a heartbeat.

Something in the room, likely a small lizard or gecko in the rafters, kept pooping on our bed.

Amazing staff who were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and the pool, outdoor tub, shower, and bedroom/living room were luxurious. Breakfast was amazing every day. Spa treatment and location absolutely luxurious. Dancing, yoga and walk were all great bonuses.

There was some maintenance on the main pool and funicular which meant a 100 step steep climb after treatments … which wasn’t so bad. A gym is planned - which will make it even better. Check the privacy and accessibility of some villas.

The setting is very beautiful and peaceful with extensive gardens and water features. Excellent spa treatments and rooms which sit above the river - and an absolutely stunning spot for morning yoga. The rooms are generous with lovely plunge pools. The friendly staff cannot do enough to help - they really want guests to enjoy. An excellent restaurant caters for a very wide range of tastes.

The staff did extra miles for my birthday, amazing birthday surprises the birthday decoration, even made a special birthday song for me, everything was amazing! Great staff like pak yudi, pak jaka and other. The place is amazing and i dont feel to go out the place. Worth your money spend here. Owh and there was cultural dance, performance at the restaurant
