I was in suite room, n room was not clean throughly, I leave my glass with toothpaste stain, and when im back it's still was not clean or change, floor was not vacuum properly, room also looks dated.

Absolutely nothing to complain about!

We stayed few night at this hotel to watch a concert at the ICE BSD city and it was very convenient since it’s just a walk distance. Nice rooftop restaurant to visit but also close to AEON mall to visit with lots of food to choose for dinner or lunch. Hotel facilities are great, beds are so comfortable. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, it has variety both Indonesian and western to choose from. The best croissant ever and my daughter left the hotel in tears knowing that she’s going to miss it♥️ Last but not least, staff are very professional and friendly. The check in staff his name’s Reinhart is very helpful and so are the breakfast buffet staff. We definitely will be back next time.

Very near to the Indonesia Conference & Exhibition (ICE) just behind the Hall 3. If you have conference or concert to attend, and don’t want to walk far, this is the perfect place to stay. The Staff are very friendly and professional. You feel welcomed the moment you step in the hotel.

Breakfest buffet: It was two kind of Cappucino, one cold or one lukewarm. I had to say that i want a hot cofffee, then i got a average warm coffee, but this was okay for me.

Hotel General: Cleanliness, very nice hotel staff, room including much personal care products, this was perfect! Breakfast buffet: Lots of choice, Croissants were crispy, which I thought was great as a Central European, the first Hotel after my third trip to Asia!

We booked a normal room for 1 night and an Executive Suite room for 2 nights. For the normal room the facilities weren't really great, the key to our room wasn't working so I had to go back all the way down and asked the staff to open it for me, but I didn't really mind it since it was the normal room. However, we expected a nicer room with nicer facilities for the Executive Suite one, but the door to our room was very hard to open and close, the quality of the sofa was very bad as well as you'll slide down when sitting on it, the bidet was leaking so there was a puddle in our bathroom, and the shower has dual shower heads but the shower handset wasn't working so I couldn't shower without getting my hair wet, they also only provided one small bottle of shampoo and body soap which wasn't enough considering the fact that there were 3 of us in that room (I paid extra for an additional bed) and they forgot to gave us a new one the second day. Overall, my experience with this accommodation was extremily disappointing.

Slightly far from restaurants, unless you want to dine in at the hotel for dinner.

The place was very well appointed and presented. With breakfast included, it was nice to have that as an option. Close to the exhibition centre (1 minute walk)

We face some issues like bathroom water flow is too tiny and we need to call for maintenance to do repair works. So we have to wait before we can use tje bathroom. As we are rushing for our meeting after arrival from the airport we find it a bit frustrating

1. The grouts of the tiles in the shower looked dirty. The interior looks not old so I think they only need more scrubbing and care seem. 2. Only two big towels provided. No wash towel and hand towel. The staff said those what we get with the price of a deluxe twin room. This is not what we ever encounter when we stay at any other hotel including overseas. And this is not clearly written on the website. 3. During breakfast, we found a little cockroach hanging around on one of our seat. This might indicate a kingdom of this species nesting somewhere and bad hygiene and cleanliness.

Close with the shopping center and event. The parking lot is spacious, and connected to ICE. The staff members are responsive and polite. The bed linens are well washed and tidy.
