The hotel is just amazing! The best part is the staff who is so nice and friendly and they make you feel welcome at all times! The breakfast (which you can request in the room) was simply amazing and full of fresh products. The pool is a nice place to chill after a day exploring Ubud. They also have a shuttle which takes you and picks you up to and from Ubud centre. The room is huge and has everything you need. They also provide a few bottles of water a day which is so useful! We loved our stay here and we highly recommend the place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sapodilla. The staff are incredibly friendly and the amenities are great they make your bed every time you leave the room! Best service ever. The breakfast each morning is absolutely fantastic and consists of about 3 plates of food (Choose American/Smoothie bowl/Balinese/Indonesian style) plus a coffee AND a juice. Additionally, we asked for the breakfast to be brought to our room one morning so we could enjoy it on the balcony, and they do this at no extra charge. They also have a free shuttle that will take you into town if you like but we didnt even use this because we were able to walk everywhere with ease. and anything further out we just got taxis. The hotel itself is situated on the main street but it is down a driveway, so we had 0 traffic noise and we were in the room closest to the street. The pool is also very nice and relaxing to laze in all day and catch up on your favourite books. Our room was also a very decent size with nice sized shower and bathroom. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to ubud!

The staff at Sapodilla were excellent. We felt very welcome from the beginning and they couldn’t do enough for us. The location was great as we were very close to the centre, with a free shuttle provided, yet still had peace and quiet at the hotel. There are plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep.

It was a 2km walk to the centre of Ubud. The hotel shuttle was very handy, although the traffic in Ubud is pretty bad it was probably quicker to walk on some occasions. However, this wouldn't stop us staying here again!

Sapodilla was a beautiful, clean and tranquil oasis in bustling Ubud. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Breakfasts were plentiful, with a good selection. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the pool after a day of exploring.

Perfect location near all good restaurants/cafes within walking distance and they even offer a free shuttle into the center. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, made us feel at home, good pool with sun on the loungers all day, great breakfast options with option to have in your room and great room service from Japanese restaurant next door. You can also order from the restaurant to the pool side and the food is delicious. We would definitely recommend and come back here next time we visit Ubud.

The Aircon was not functioning properly initially and the staff quickly took care of it proving a fan for the night and fixed the Aircon for the next night. We will definitely be back. Yuli and her staff are lovely.

From giving us a Balinese bed time story each night to a bracelet when we were leaving and always wanting to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay they just went above and beyond! We were very well looked after by all the staff at Sapodilla and it really felt like our "home" during our short trip to Ubud. The hotel is located just at the end of a busy street in Ubud however it is very quiet and you barely notice the busiest of Ubud once you're in there. Hotel also offers pick up/drop off within Ubud city. Breakfast is a wide selection of meals/drinks. The hotel is a boutique hotel and doesn't have a lot of guests so the pool is almost like a private pool. The room is very spacious and clean.

This hotel is amazing - a true home from home. Room and setting is beautiful, and the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. It’s slightly set back from the main road so is quiet; but you’re in the middle of the action in a two minute walk. Absolutely will stay again next time I’m in Ubud

Staff always greets you with a smile and makes you welcome from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. They were really helpful with arranging transportation both within Ubud and beyond (to the famous rice terraces) Breakfast was exceptionally good, each day with a fresh platter of fruit and the traditional desert. The room exceeded expectations, it was comfortable and had really pretty aesthetics.
