The property was clean, modern, well appointed and centrally located. The private pool was absolutely gorgeous. Ketut and Waynan were fantastic hosts, serving us yummy and plentiful breakfasts every day.

This is truly incredible place, super clean, has everything you need including big kitchen with all equipment, beautiful pool, rooms are big and cozy, the owners are amazing! I definitely recommend everyone to chop this property if you want to chill in quiet place in the middle of Ubud!

Private and spacious villa with everything you need. Filtered water dispenser, pool towels, fresh fruit and TV with Netflix, Prime etc. walking distance to lovely warungs who are run by friendly locals and very affordable. The family are beautiful, helpful and Pak has a taxi who took us out on two amazing day tours to butterfly park, waterfalls, monkey forest and coffee tasting. Wonderful experience.

Wayan and Ketut were so accomodating. Breakfast was fantastic. The villa was quiet and clean. Yoman gave great advice and took us on tours for a fair price. When our daughter had an upset stomach, we were gifted with young coconut.

The most amazing villa, so beautiful and well kept, in a serene location. The hosts were the loveliest most attentive people and helped us to organise anything we could possibly want or need, including driving to locations, massages, a delicious breakfast everyday, fresh fruit, drinks and snacks. The pool was beautiful and the landscaping stunning. Honestly the best experience you could ever hope for. I would move in forever if I could!

Super quiet just one block off the Main Street. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. A good choice of breakfast options cooked to order and brought to the villa, we even enjoyed some home baking which was lovely. The pool is beautiful and the villa is spacious and comfortable. My only regret was staying just the one night!

Everything was excellent. Very fond memories of Ubud and the villa where we stayed. I booked day to day, I was looking for options, as I had not been to Ubud before, and accidentally came across Villa Wayana and Ketut. Usually I read reviews straight away, and here I decided to read, all the reviews were excellent, and I did not hesitate to book, and I did not regret it. Because very nice villa owners, on arrival, and we arrived late in the evening, prepared us welcome drinks, and fruit plate, organised us dinner delivery at reasonable prices. The next day my nephew showed us all the sights of Ubud, without him we would not have seen it all in one day, he stopped at our request and in the currency exchange office and in the shop, everything was from the heart, on the day of departure, took us to Nusa Dua, before this still at his request showed us three beautiful places. We loved it. Ketut organised a massage for us, I was with my parents, came straight to the villa and it was amazing, the prices were half the price of what we were used to going to the salons in Nusa Dua. Ketut brought us breakfasts on time and everything was delicious. Mum was delighted and was ready to stay there again, the only thing is there is no ocean nearby but that's Ubud, that's where we go to see the sights. A big hello to you Wayan and Ketut, good luck with your work, I really hope to see you again😸

Absolutely nothing

Sari Mimpi Kutuh villa is located at the back of Wayan Nick and Ketut’s lovely traditional family compound (they have other holiday properties in there too). The standard of the villa was honestly better than anything we’ve seen in multiple trips to Bali. Superbly well equipped, very spacious and comfortable plus the outside and pool were just fantastic. Even though it is located less than 500m from the main Ubud strip, it is very peaceful with no traffic noise. Wayan Nick and Ketut couldn’t do enough to make us welcome, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts prepared fresh every morning by Ketut and her sister were just the best. They also have a very modern car for trips out and airport transfers. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

SARI MIMPI KUTUH villa is a great place to stay in Ubud. It is in a quiet, peaceful location but only 10 minutes walk from central Ubud. The hosts Wayan and Ketut are lovely and would do anything for you, including providing breakfast and some delicious home baking! The villa is great. Very spacious with 2 large double rooms with bathrooms, a large kitchen and lounge area indoors and a lovely private pool.

I am so glad i chanced upon this beautiful villa.. The hospitality by the hosts Wayan and his wife Ketut is absolutely commendable .They made us feel warm n welcomed. I was there with my parents n my husband for 2nights in April 2024.. Wayan and Ketut were always available with any information or help  we needed..From  arranging a taxi to explore Ubud ( decent fare and polite driver, who was also their relative ) ...to.. getting us the tickets for the kecak dance, we just didn't look for anything else .. on my request they arranged a beautiful floating breakfast with cupcakes n candles for my husbands 40th bday. The entire staff sang  and wished my husband..We couldn't have asked for more from them. We enjoyed our time in our pvt pool without any disturbance . My parents also loved this place and the hosts .The villa is just 2 kms from the city centre or monkey forest. Any one can easily hire a scooty to move around but as we had our parents with us we decided to use their own pvt taxi..which was the best decision .. i highly recommend this place and give it a 10/ 10. Thanks Wayan n Ketut.. whenever we are in Bali again, we know where to stay.. see you guys

A fantastic comfortable beautiful villa in a traditional family compound. The family made us feel extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The villa itself was very private with a pool in a lovely courtyard garden. There was a comfortable outside seating area. It was a short walk to central Ubud but in a quiet peaceful area although there were a number of small restaurants nearby. The family organised our trip to see the Mt Batur sunrise via jeep and one family member was our driver (we have introduced him to the Beatles on these car journeys - please check if he still likes them!). Highly recommended and we were sad to leave such kind and wonderful people.

We can not thank Wayan and Ketut enough for looking after our family during our stay in Ubud. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, it was simply amazing. Their hospitality, fabulous breakfasts, amazing brownies, activity advice/bookings, and help with transport options were outstanding. Our children aged 12 and 16 also loved their stay and said Sari Mimpi Kutuh was a highlight of their Bali holiday. Ketut and Wayan thank you so much for hosting us and sharing your family with ours.
