Honestly...I have no complaints. The location, facility and service were all top notch

The Villa was spacious and beautiful, with everything we needed to enjoy a week long holiday. Breakfast was delicious, and brought to our Villa every morning. The room was large, yet incredibly comfortable and well laid out. The staff were pleasant, helpful, and always there when something was needed. The stay was near perfect, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a calm, quiet getaway in Bali.

It was perfect! Centrally located, yet tucked in a peaceful & quiet garden. Beautifully designed, spacious, clean & comfortable. Each villa has a private swimming pool that is daily maintained. The staff was polite and at our disposal the entire time of our stay - each morning they would bring us breakfast with a smile and that is how our day would start! Plenty of breakfast options to choose from, but I would also note that the property has its own restaurant as well as a small spa center. They also kept our luggage safe while we were in Ubud for a couple of days. We are looking forward to our next stay here!

This was our second stay here within a year. We had another wonderful time at Javana villas. It is such a peaceful place to stay and we especially love the large pool. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This time we had massages too at their spa, these were great! We also love that breakfast can be brought to the villa. Once again we really didn't want to leave and hope to visit again next year.

Keep in mind, I’m being VERY picky here. The wallpaper was peeling slightly in some spots and the sink tap was a little wobbly and sometimes dripped. Just small things that are probably due for some quick maintenance. The coffees wasn’t very hot some days but we were down the end in villa 8 so it definitely was a long walk for them so it was understandable. After we mentioned it, they did do their very best to bring the coffees hot in the morning which was appreciated. The only other thing would be that there aren’t steps to get into the pool but it wasn’t a problem for us as we are still young. Despite these SMALL things, still a superb stay!! We loved it!! Thank you again.

The staff were incredibly accomodating, smiley and kind. Very patient in helping us to speak Indonesian. Also very thoughtful. For example, they noticed and fixed the squeaky door during the room cleaning without us even saying anything. Very efficient communication on WhatsApp and staff had a great level of English. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed being in villa 8 because it was down the end so it was definitely a very quiet stay. The breakfast was very tasty and there were lots of options, including many vegetarian options. The cleaning of the room was to a high standard and they lit a mosquito coil near the door each night which was a great touch. The room was spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable (we are picky with the bed comfort levels when we travel so this was great!). Netflix was available on the TV and the air conditioning worked very well. We stayed 7 nights and would definitely come back! Thank you very much to all of the staff.

Just a recommendation to keep in mind that if staff members who interact directly with guests are unwell (coughing or sneezing), it’s best to encourage them to take time off. This helps prevent the potential spread of illness to both colleagues and guests. I understand it can be challenging when everyone is working hard to make a living, but health and well-being should come first.

First time visiting Bali, but we've traveled extensively around the world. This place has been exceptional—everything from the service to the team has been faultless. The massages, restaurant, room service, reception, and especially the security and driver (Putu) were absolutely wonderful! I've seen some negative reviews, but honestly, if you're looking for faults, you’ll always find them. In our experience, this place was fantastic—close to the city's hustle yet wonderfully quiet. The massages were incredible; we ended up booking one every day! The staff even organized a complimentary Christmas dinner, and their enthusiasm and effort to surprise guests were truly heartwarming. You can’t teach that kind of passion. If we could, we’d give them 10 stars! Highly recommend!

Honestly, there was nothing to not like, these are more so just little details that could use some improvement but nothing that affected our amazing experience! We did have a lot of ants in our bathroom at one point but the staff were quick to come and help with that by spraying them. The breakfast was cold a couple of mornings but didn’t bother us. And the mist random one: the villa itself is so big and the TV is so small in terms of the rest of the villa that we had to lay on our stomachs in the foot of the bed to see the TV🤣 (I have a bit of a bad eyesight aswell) but yeah, looking at the size of the place, the small 32” TV was just random hahah! And no full-body mirrors in the room - again, very random, but a thing I noticed while getting ready one evening🙂

Absolutely amazing villa! It was HUGE, the pool was big and absolutely goooorgeous! The staff made us geniunely feel like we were a royal family on a holiday haha! Location was immaculate aswell! Breakfast options were amazing and everything was delicious! Something for every taste and plenty of options so you won’t get bored of them. Each villa has a private wifi network and even a Netflix account so it was a huge bonus. We loved our stay so much! Will definitely be back☺️

We loved everything!

Javana Royal villas gave us a free pick up from the airport. From the get go, the team at Javana were amazing. Staff truly make a difference to your stay and we really appreciated all of the staff for their kindness, happy and sunny natures. The villas are a private little paradise off the main road Petitenget. Once you walk into Javana, you are in luxury heaven. I believe there are 18 villas but due to how private these are, you would not know it. The villas themselves are amazing, high ceilings, huge villa with the biggest king size bed we have ever stayed in. We had the best nights sleep whilst here as the bed and pillow were so amazingly comfortable. They have an inhouse spa for great massages, a restaurant which serves good food, breakfast has a large amount of choices so you won’t be disappointed (try the brioche French toast, you not be disappointed!) The staff will buggy ride you down to your villa with your luggage which is a fun way to arrive! We had wanted a floatie for the pool but due to local prices to buy one ($100AUD for a basic one) we ordered one to hire through Javana for 24 hours. We requested this late at night and it was delivered the next morning to us. See photo attached of the pink flamingo, great idea to hire for a day if you are having a relaxing day in. You also have good eateries nearby, Ling Ling’s is a go to, Poison Cafe for coffee is a must and Monsieur Spoon for some French Patisserie treats are only a 5 minute walk away. We can’t rate our stay here highly enough! Javana Royal Villas exceeded our expectations. It’s a piece of paradise we have found in Seminyak that we will definitely come back to.
