There was nothing we didn't like.

We just had a room with breakfast. The breakfast had many options, and they had excellent croissants and emmental and cheddar cheese which was really great. The gardens are lovely and it's on the beach. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were generally very nice. The mattress and pillows were really great, we slept well, didn't hear any noise from the road

-The Jr. Suite has the bed located in way that you have to climb a step like if it was a mini stage, dangerous for kids and elders; one night I forgot about it and tripped. -I do not think anyone is a bartender here, drinks were absolutely terrible. -Breakfast variety is not a thing, but I will get the job done.

Too noisy even during quiet hours (for example 15:00 pm). People using towels to "unofficially reserve" the sunbed and pool sunbeds were not enough for all. The beach was dirty. The bed was not double, just 2 single beds, one next to the other.

Kind people. Very good breakfast. Junior Suite was nice and spacious. Useful shuttle bus service to Bali collection.

No shaded swimming during the day. Would prefer a filtered water dispenser in rooms rather than bottles. I had placed the air conditioning to our specific needs (24 degrees, on low fan speed), but each time the room was cleaned it would be changed back to 16 degrees, full fan - we developed fevers from the drastic transition between outside and inside temperatures.

Everything was clean, accessible and well laid out. Room was cleaned and reset to well each day. All staff were very helpful. Food and drink options were varied and plenty. Loved the resort cat, which we named Tarte during our stay. Had to request nurse for consult and they then supported BIMC dr come and visit and administer medication.

The pool is closed at 7pm, which was a bit early for us. We would have liked to be able to swim after a long hot day exploring Bali.

I went there with my husband for our wedding anniversary, we stayed for 4 nights. The room was Comfortable and spacious. There was Delicious food and Gluten free options Available! I also enjoyed the selection of healthy smoothies and tropical fruits. The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the beach and there are activities included such as bikes, paddleboard, kayak, etc. The staff was so nice, friendly and helpful!

Because of the location so we can't really swim on the beach. Breakfast is ok. Food option in main restaurant is very basic and not many options of Indonesian food or Asian in particular. Swimming pool is VERY VERY dangerous for ANYBODY because when we were there the pool steps are sharp and because the tiles color is white you can't see the difference, you might hit your chin and cut it. Side of the stairs are sharp.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Our room is quite spacious and clean and close to pool and restaurant. Bed and pillows are ok. Room amenities are limited. Garden area is beautiful, neat and clean.

Called reception to ask for spare clothes rack dryer which never arrived, called back to ask again, still didn't receive it, so didn't bother asking again.

Staff were lovely, especially the girls in the Kitchen restaurant. They have a nurse on site, which was really good when my son got sick, he assessed him first to see if he needed a doctor and then called the doctor that came to our room. All-inclusive was great.

Having booked through booking.com we were made to feel like budget guests. My husband is a gold hit on reward member and non of his privileges were recognised. Our luggage was left completely unattended by the checkin staff for an entire day and not taken to our room when ready. Finally we were given rooms but not next to each other which was far from ideal.

We've stayed at this resort couple times , and it never disappoints! The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere is perfect for families. Our kids had a blast at the pool, and the activities kept them entertained throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. The dining options are varied and delicious, . We always leave feeling refreshed and can't wait to return
