I can’t really comment much as we arrived there at 1am and left by 8am the next day to go to Nusa Lembongan. The bed was comfortable, the aircon worked well and the breakfast before we left was lovely by the gorgeous gardens.

Breakfast was not up to our expectations. Also we couldn't use the bath tub as the bath plug leaked, even though they tried to fix it. Our room was upstairs and with our heavy luggage, it was a bit inconvenient.

We arrived around 1 and waited for checkin for ~1,5h (despite checking time being 2pm), which was pretty uncomfortable in the heat. Our room was quiet but apparently too far from the WiFi to pick up properly, so it was really poor. The water container on our floor was not refilled during our stay. We went to the dance show with barbecue for 250k per person and the food unfortunately was absolutely terrible—everything that was supposed to go on the grill, was brought back in just 5 minutes and severely undercooked (which can be lethal, depending on what you chose to eat), so we settled on eating the soup mostly along with fresh fruits and desert. A few more vegan options in the menu would be great. A bit pricey for the location.

We booked this place for its vicinity to the Sanur harbor, so it’s a pretty long walk (and short drive) to the actual city center—but for our needs it was an ideal location. We booked a regular room and got one on the second floor, last in one of the buildings, which was nicely double quiet. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was really nice. We were literally just 5 mins walking away from the beach, with many locals present, which was a nice change to the usually overcrowded places by tourists. Harbor is just a 10 min walk from the property. We booked the ticket to nusa Lembongan in the harbor directly, however, it ended up being more expensive as compared to what the hotel was asking—so if you’re planning to take a boat, compare prices! Breakfast was pretty good, the hotel’s restaurant also offers a nice selection of other foods for lunch and dinner (not for free). The two pools around the beautiful property are also nice, leaving enough space for many guests. There’s also a little library next to one of them.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Nusa Lembongan. The hotel is situated very close to Samir harbour with lovely large rooms and a nice swimming pool. The staff are lovely and the hotel has a lovely feel with its green gardens.

Parking can be crowded at times

Staff were friendly but not super helpful. We asked for packed breakfast the previous night as we had an early morning but the reception just asked us turn up and ask at the breakfast… when we went to the breakfast restaurant they told us we should have informed earlier… finally they gave us some plastic bags to pack wherever we could.

Nice and decent rooms in this lovely property in Sanur, close to the harbour. Everything was functional and the beds were very comfortable. The property is luscious green and has 2 pools.

Great location for us; we stayed here to take a boat from the harbor to nusa lembongan. They offered us a free lift to the harbor. Dinner and breakfast were good. Stayed just one night but pool and everything looked nice for a longer stay.

If you get room to street side it is very noisy inside all night, need earplugs! Bathroom is very old, shower curtains doesnt help, so you get water everywhere

Bathroom was too small and outdated. had issues with draining water in the bathtub. but they fixed it. door locks are old and difficult to lock. they provide only one key per room, which is an issue when there are 2 people in a room. no phone in room 219. because it is on the main road, can hear vehicle noise at late night and early in the morning.

Breakfast was nice. very tasty. Friendly staff and helpful staff. Good location to beach and travel to all other main areas. Room was clean and good in size.

Nothing!

This is a hotel that tries very hard to please its guests - and succeeds. There are theme nights in the restaurant. They spray against mosquitoes. The breakfast is very good and leisurely - a mix of western and Indonesian dishes. The rooms are large and spacious. The location is great - a short walk to the beach and the ferry port. There is a spa with reasonable prices, often booked out so be sure to book ahead. There are two swimming pools, one with a large fountain that causes spray. There is a busy road outside but it is not noticeable. There’s a KFC across the road and a Dunkin’ Donuts next door which we found handy for jet lag moments and also to navigate by.

Much maintenance needed in the rooms .AC was difficult to control, bathroom shower faucet was clogged… sliding door to patio & front door had wide gaps. Breakfast was mediocre .

Staff was the best part of the stay. Always putting in 100% effort to fulfill guests need. Initially suprised by the busy & noisy location but once in the property it was very lush & quiet.

Not really pleasant to have a shower in the bathtub and staying in the dirty water as the bathtub drained very slow.you had to wait at least 20mins until it's drained and the next person could take a shower who also had to stay in the used water as draining took much longer than normal Reception was informed on our leaving day
