Food fabulous but very slow. I had to be upgraded because bed awful in standard room. Between 3 of us, several things not working, although it was fixed fairly quickly

Only one vegetarian option on the menu for lunch and dinner. The vegetarian option (nasi kampur with tempeh) was delicious but more options would definitely improve the menu in my opinion.

Wifi was weak in my room. On the balcony and by the pool it worked perfectly. Some towels were grey and had staines but they were clean. Fridge in the room was noisy so hooked it off. In the night heard something running on the roof: maybe a cat after a rat as saw one on the restaurant roof.

Super friendly staff. They even offered me a ride to the center. When I went on a dolphin tour, they let me have breakfast coming back after the breakfast time. I also got to order two dishes for breakfast as was solo in a double room. Nice pool and spa. Room very clean. Cute and calm dogs around.

Toilets not having windows/no opening to outside... Most importantly - Restaurant closing at 9:30 pm....we arrived with our kids late due to.flight delay just after that but no arrangements were offered... had to.eat outside in a street-side local hut-restaurant...

The menu is a bit plain but the food was OK.

We very much enjoyed the quiet environment. Relaxation is one of the topics of this hotel. Our stay of 3 day's seemingly was a bit to short, but we did leave with a good zen feeling.

Admittedly we only booked the day before so didn't expect the top room on short notice as it was high season. We had what I believe was an original room. "Cleanish" and tidy but the bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. Extremely hard. Consequently we didn't sleep much.

Staff were lovely. Very helpful and attentive. Gardens and Pool beautiful. Restaurant food, delicious. Quiet location.

There were not so much beds around the pool. Some more would have been nice, but the space is limited.

First room toilet didn't flush, changed rooms without an issue. Had emailed continually 4 days prior requesting deluxe room - no response to continual emails. TV in room didn't work - when queried advised no TV s work in resort Breakfast average - no shuttle

We would have liked a lot more time to explore. This time we were only here for two days so we know now to stay for longer. Everything else was really great.

The breakfast and indeed all of the meals were lovely! We had plenty of vegetarian options and the Gado Gado was so different from any other that I’ve had yet, almost like a stir fry!! It was sensational. The staff were attentive and lovely and the room was excellent too. Our driver from this hotel - Putu - was so caring and gracious as I limped around all day, slowing everything down. He even taught us some Bahasa, which was fun and fabulous!! Top prize though, goes to Ani in the spa. She is such an incredible asset to the hotel and the caring and mindful way she performs her tasks is just delightful. I almost cried with joy at my massage, my pedicure, and at having my hair washed!! What a phenomenal experience she gave me every time!! I can’t wait to return!

Sometimes the water drains a bit too slow in the bathroom. Hope they can fix this.

The room was spacious and spotless. It was also great to have a big balcony to relax. The staffs were friendly and everything was well organised. We really enjoyed our stay at Suma and will certainly come back again if we are in Lovina.
