The room was kinda small. The towels for the pool had stain on them! Also the bath towels were very worn out and looked very dark instead of white!

Room was dark it need more lightning especially over the bed as room has no table so you work on the bed. Some switches were not working properly. Mirror has a dark cracked or spot on with no light over the mirror. There is no fridge or refrigerator in the room which can be place under the tea stand and locker can go above. There was fix window with shaded glass. Window should open. With minor improvement hotel is nice and cosy Need to improve breakfast. There is no butter or fried eggs or omelet.

Staff was friendly room was clean toiletries were present. Just on the main road so easy to go around. There is mart next door. Nice Japanese restaurant sushi was very tasty. There was TV in the room. Also provided hairdryer on request. Over all hotel is nice and affordable.

The residence was not really convenience as we have to go to the back area with slooping condition and the master bedroom is on the third floor and we have to take the stairs😁

The room could have been cleaner. It seemed as though it was cleaned after previous guests, but hadn’t been checked again before my moving in, as there was dust and stuff collecting on furniture.

I absolutely loved the staff and the fact that they made an effort to remember guest names (shoutout to Dina specifically- it was wonderful to meet her). There was also quite a bit of variety for breakfast.

Small gym and pool is in a seperate bit to hotel.

Comfy big beds, welcome pack and drinks was a lovely touch, good size pool, pretty view from gym. Lots of options for dinner and lunch.

Gym is very small. Room was very dirty when they give, we changed. Second room doesn't have windows! Bath is like in the middle of room, not comfortable, it is a cabin. Overall we didn't feel comfortable. Price is high for that small room.

The hotel is in a very busy, city area, which was fine for us as we just wanted to chill at home and in the pool but might not be ideal for most tourists. The kitchen in the townhouse only had mugs, 2 bowls and no cutlery. Probably just needed a bit more essential items to make it functional. The furniture downstairs in the townhouse is in serious need of updating but other than that we were happy!

We were pleasantly surprised to see that we had booked a 2-storey, 2-bedroom townhouse behind the main hotel and directly next to the pool. It was perfect for our family! It was nice and quiet compared to the noise and street traffic on the front side of the hotel. We loved the buffet breakfast with a beautiful view. So many options - pancakes, waffles, sushi, porridge, toast, fruit and lots of Chinese and Indonesian dishes to choose from. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
