Hot water was insufficient to fill the bath tub. Limited access to the shops (by walking). Special dinner (before Nyepi) was not up to our expectations.

Our stay at Desa Swan Keramas was absolutely fantastic! The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in a superb suite, equipped with all the comforts, making our experience even more special. Everything was designed for maximum relaxation and convenience. The restaurant is excellent, offering delicious dishes, and the breakfast was perfect, with a great selection of fresh and high-quality options. Nothing - it was all wonderful.

The property is situated away from the hustle and bustle amongst beautiful foliage, a short stroll to the beach, beautiful, welcoming staff, a wonderful spa with fantastic treatments and a great restaurant overlooking the black sand surf beach. It is quiet, relaxing and friendly.

Nothing that I didn’t like about the property

Had an amazing stay at Desa swan villas. Their restaurant view is breathtaking u front of the beach. This is like a very less crowded beach with mostly hotel guests there. Talking about the villa, it has everything amazing bedroom, clean bathrooms, kitchen, lobby and pools. Their welcome massage is really relaxing as well. lastly, the staff is so much welcoming and kind!

Staff were amazingly friendly and kind (every single one) Out of all my travels and visited places here i had the breakfast buffet with the most options and variety ever, everything fresh and very good. We enjoyed our time at the pool, relaxed, with very clean facilities and water. We booked a SPA session which was great as well and way less expensive than other places visited. Transportation flexibility from the hotel to little market places close by were for free.

A lovely, chilled out experience at Desa Swan. Excellent staff, a fantastic breakfast, and really comfortable accommodation a few minutes' walk from the beach. Would highly recommend. We hope to return in the next few months.

The bed wasn’t to my taste, but that’s a preference thing. Otherwise very happy.

Loved the staff, the location. Very spacious and clean. Our room also smelt really fresh and that was really great. Also drinking water was 24/7 available and breakfast right on the beach was amazing.

The creeping animal (it looks like millipede) and the statue because in the morning the millipede was all over the Bali statues.

Marvellous. Having breakfast right in front of the sea watching waves rolling is an unforgettable experience. All the staffs are extremely helpful and I feel that I came into a big family host the moment I stepped in Desa Swan.

Loved it all great people. The air con was worn out and broken but then sent a crew of technicians around asap to fix it and actually put a brand new one in. Couldn't ask for better service and the place was amazing.

Super friendly & helpful staff! We loved the villa and our private pool. The restaurant is nice and has great ocean views & feel. All round exellent stay! The Whatsapp use for room service seems cumbersome, but is actually quick & convenient. The location is away from the hustle & bustle, which is what we were looking for.

I can’t complain

Amazing room and the personel. Great food for breakfast. Big choice od the dishes. With stunning view for the black sand beach… not many people so I could just let myself to enjoy the sunsets, ocean and the closeness of nature. This stay there was my birthday’s gift for myself. And I’m fully happy of that. Highly recommended… if someone as me does’t need any noisy entertainments 🙂

Traveling to business areas can take more than 45m, but it's not the problem of the hotel

Top service and instant response is what I liked the most. So much space everywhere, even makes it a bit hard to find and talk to each other as we had two connected villas. Nice swimming pool and lawn. Spa and massage was also decent.
