Not much not to like, but because I workout regularly, perhaps having a small gym would be a good addition. Nonetheless, I do appreciate that they have a spa/massage facility within the premise.

I was very impressed with this hotel from the moment I stepped foot in it! Service staff were exceptional! Especially Dwi Ariantini and Ratna! They were very attentive and I feel very taken care of during my stay there. They always had a smile on their faces and were always around to offer you a hand or even recommend places to go and things to do.

Service was a little too close to our comfort zone - too many people from the staff asked about our impressions of the meal, bed, and service. Our room was in front of the kitchen and it was quite noisy, especially after closing - I understand that all people should have a chance to have some fun during cleaning but it was difficult to go to sleep earlier because of the staff singing and laughing.

This hotel has a lot of advantages: a great view of Mt Agung, a nice spare pool with sun loungers, and a good breakfast with European and Indonesian cuisine.

The cuisine was good, though it dos not meet exactly with the excellence of the place. I would let it turn me down to go back again there, anytime.

The rooms, as well as the whole place, is super clean and tidy. The staff is very kind and smiling. The pool is clean and refreshing… and oh! The view is spectacular.

The third day when we came back from a trip, our room smelled like someone smoked inside. Because it was our last night we let it go, but the room service was lacking a little.

Kusma of the reception welcomed us nicely and accommodated to all our needs. The reason we booked was because of the view, it is even better than in the pictures. Wisma who worked at the restaurant was very helpful and funny, the food was good. The room was good value for your money!

Get at least the deluxe room if u want safe and refrigerator. Also choose rooms balcony with mount view if you want to see the mount agung from your room balcony. The best decision is to stay here. 1) The view is Amazing. Mount Agung is so majestic. Early in the morning, there was not a single cloud. 2) The rooms are super comfortable, bright and spacious 3) The staff is super accommodating. They found me a taxi to get back to the city and made sure my luggage was loaded. Walked 1,5 hours to the Besakih temple from the hotel. the scenery is just wonderful.

The room was quite small. The bathroom arrangement was a bit unusual - barely any space for the toilet.

Tapa Agung View is close to the Besakih Temple, the mother temple of Bali. The whole place is new and staff are extremely attentive (even too much, following up with several WA messages during the day). The room was fine, though quite small with little space for our items - the room was extremely high (is that energy efficient for the air condition?). The swimming pool was beautiful. The breakfast choices were amazing - the Balinese breakfast was by far the best with the greatest variety. But the most beautiful was the morning view of Mount Agung from the breakfast table! One of us took a massage and enjoyed it. There is a beautiful traditional market close by. Overall great value for money.

The mountain view unit is amazing. The place is relatively new so the facilities and what not are all new and clean. The staff were also friendly and accommodating to us. Food was tasty and delicious.

At dinner there could be a lot of flying bugs attracted to the lights which made me eat one time at my own room. Internet sometimes dropped away, but not a big thing. Very little downside experienced while staying at this wonderful place.

The only thing that you need to know is that it’s not in central Bali or near a lot of shops. The hotel offers some tracking tours & spa treatments but other than that it’s a place to relax away from the crowds.

Very new and beautiful hotel with amazing view on rice fields and Mount Agung (if it’s not cloudy). Very good service, extremely attentive and friendly! We liked the infinity pool with great views. All the dishes we tried at the restaurant were delicious. Also the breakfast menu has a wide selection of continental breakfast as well as Indonesian.

There’s nothing not to like about our stay here. Only a small setback with our room aircon was a little noisy.

Nestled on a land with the view of Mount Agung was magical. Pool was amazing! Room with balcony view of agung! The hospitality attended by all the staff made our stay much more delightful. We would definitely come back!

The curtains are too thin so the daylight wakes you up quite early as well as a local rooster. The toiletries, sower gel and soap could be better.

The staff was friendly, beautiful view and very comfortable beds.

You can't find a better hotel.The pool of course, the room, but the staff also, amazingly kind. On the day we were supposed to arrive, we had an incident and they proposed immediately to change the date of the check in for the next day. They gave me paracetamol when I was sick, and everyone was smiling and nice. Thank you for everything

There’s nothing much around. But this place is beautiful itself.

Amazing hotel. I like everything. The room is amazing. Very good service. The food and staff were great. Especially Manis, a really great and really sweet girl. Who was taking care of me in the restaurant? The pool is super cool with a spectacular view. The food was great. Everyone was taking good care of me. And even gave me a small gift when I was checking out.

There are a few kinks to iron out as they’ve just opened and some of the services they offer don’t seem to be fully available yet. We read mixed reviews re the restaurant and definitely some of the western food could be improved slightly, but it was by no means bad. The breakfast and Indonesian food was delicious.

Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and a fantastic view. Pool is fantastic and the staff are great.

It was just amazing

The crew is amazing! So is the view, location and the food! We rented a scooter via the hotel 24 hours from 11:00 till 11:00. Good new scooter not expensive just 160k. We went to the paper hills restaurant just 30 minutes from the hotel and also to the besikah temple. That was great! Also the pool is nice
