AustraliaSince is around the beautiful nature you might find some frogs, geckos and other insects. Nothing to bother me but my partner found it a bit problematic. But nothing that the Villa can’t control this. Although they tried to put coil for mozzies and keep the facility super clean.
Good location, surrounded by nature. The Villa was everything that you need. To disconnect. Good food too.

United StatesExcellent from the moment you arrive. Staff was very welcoming and took care of everything you needed including arranging tours. Delicious breakfast was served every day in my room as per my request, but you were able to have breakfast in their dinning room as well. They also had afternoon tea time, which was a bonus for me. I loved my villa. I felt comfortable and like a queen. I was pampered my whole stay. Waking up to the most beautiful sunrise over the rice fields in my comfy bed and right next to my private pool. The bathroom had great water pressure along with all essentials. I felt safe at all times and just relaxed. A complementary shuttle is offered twice a day. Totally recommended.

AustraliaThis isn’t their fault but just a tip! The bugs are intense as you are in the jungle. Make sure to keep all doors closed and ask for the coils at night. Make sure to spray down the outside with bug spray before bed to prevent bugs inside. If arriving late at night it can be difficult to find if you haven’t contacted the villa. The walk is quite long with luggage but they will come get you if they know! (We didn’t contact them and it was our mistake)
It was beautiful and quiet ! The staff were absolutely lovely and so accommodating. The private pool was a highlight and the spa services are so accessible and easy to book. They make sure you have everything you need at all times. Can’t recommend this place enough. My wife and I had such an incredible honey moon! It’s close to UBUD centre but away from the crazy traffic and tourists. The staff give you their WhatsApp number and make sure you are buggied up to the road so you can access taxis etc or they will book one for you.

The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service and happily accommodating all our requests. The location was perfect, nestled among picturesque rice paddies and scenic villas. The fact that i could whatsapp them when ever i needed and they were quick to respond all the time. Massage was great too and fairly reasonable price for bali, compared to uk price was good too.

First of all the villa was really beautiful and clean, with a nice outdoor space, spacious bathroom, super comfortable bed and overall very pleasant atmosphere. We chose a jungle view villa which made it seem like we were literally living in the middle of the jungle. The staff were exceptional! From the airport pick up to the last day everyone was extremely nice, friendly, helpful and very professional which made the stay at Temuku even more pleasant and enjoyable. As this was our first time in Bali the support of the stuff played a crucial role in feeling comfortable and relaxed and exploring the island, because we knew we could contact them at any time. Some other advantages for us were: - room cleaning every day - individual breakfast time so no need to wake up at 7am -affordable and reliable tour options to explore Bal provided by the property -Clean water provided Overall this is so far the best experience I have had through booking.com. Would totally return here.

I stayed here for 4 nights and found it to be truly wonderful, it is clean, quiet, serene and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast has a good selection and is delicious. They even provided a boxed breakfast for our departure day as we had to leave for the airport before the restaurant opened.

AustraliaThe resort is located down a laneway inaccessible to cars. This is no problem for scooter riders who can whisk up the the laneway in 2-3 minutes and be off to their desired destination. For oldies like us there is a golf cart the takes you to and from the resort 24x7. But it adds time and and a measure of uncertainty when planning to be at a destination by a given time.
Everything is available on the site. The staff are obliging and happy to share some Australian humour - at least some that translates across the language divide.

SingaporeActually I cant complain given the costs. However the following would enhance the experience: 1. Option for a brighter light in the room. 2. Pool being an infinity along the edge to allow to enjoy the forest view. 3. Proactive mosquito and red ant treatment. You cannot sit outside unless in the pool. On the second night they offered to put mosquito coils and it was better. 4. There was no hot water in the bathroom. 5. Better meal options or proactive suggestions on beautiful restaurants near by 6. Not flexible on check-in, checkout time.
Great value for money, the pool and breakfast was great. We had a floating breakfast on the second day. The room was comfortable and cozy. Location provided for nice walks between the rice fields in the mornings. The spa facility was great as well, we had a treatment everyday! I would recommend the 2/2.5 hour massage with the aromatic bath option, it looks super and a nice end to the massage. Responsive and great communication vide whatsapp. Nice complementary 15 min massage and drinks. Friendly staff and nice manicured and well maintained property with a shuttle service to the nearest pickup point 24X7.
