How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The beds are not that soft, but this is not really a dealbreaker
great location, air con was very cold which was great in the heat, staff were very kind and helpful, rooftop pool with happy hour deal was perfect for relaxing stay-in days

The place needs a serious make over and staff need training badly. A good example is that the pool staff virtually do nothing. On numerous occasions I watched staff just sit there on their phone. Playing music that they like not what the customers would normally listen to. I watched staff just sit there while customers unpacked their own chair mattresses and unbellas. Then when we asked for towels we entered our name and room number into the book. Then when we went to go to our room, we were asked to leave the towels behind due to theft. So we dripped water on the steers….crazy.
Location is Great, upstairs pool is nice

Budget hotel, lazy Staff, even had to go down to the retaurant downstairs and ask for my own wine glasses to borrow so we could dring wine in our room after asking the staff and romm service, they were not interested in helping at all with this what appeared to be : very hard request" It is what it is and thats why it;s cheap.
Staff, Breakfeast is Decent, This is a Budget 3 Star property and you get what you oay for, Fiod Options are very everage and te room service menu, many room with interconnecting dooors, They had a bout a 3% Occupancy rate when I ws there and they stioll put me right next to ther guests in an interconnecting room. I'v lived in Bali for over 20 yeras and this is just the muppet factor of not thinking and being lazy thinkers.

Wish they took more care in cleaning the bathrooms in detail. Towels should be smelling nice.
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Air-conditioned rooms. There was a variety of dishes. Loved the fresh fruits and tasty omelletes that were served. Lots of teas, coffees and fresh fruit juices. Very affordable 4 Star. An important point to note is that I lost my dad In November, one day before we could leave for Bali and the hotel still accomdated us on a later date at no extra cost. Thank you for that🙏

fairly small rooms, beds were very hard, no plugs in bathroom, lots of debris and random things on the floor from previous guests

Bed sheets weren't clean when we got the room. Some stains that we had to sleep on overnight the first night. One of the rooms we had was near the engine room noisy and not comfortable. The extra single bed which we had in the room wasn't comfortable and kept moving on the wheels. Dim lights. I had to turn on all our mobile lights to have a suitable lighting.
Amazing staff, great location and lots of pools, sky pool.

Nothing Just a beautiful hotel - no complaints at all.
Our room was lovely with access to pool. Staff are beautiful, kind and welcoming. Nothing is too much for them when it comes to helping u. Any problems, they fix immediately. Cleaning staff did amazing job.

The toaster in the breakfast section wasn’t working for the entire 30 day stay there. Staff kept saying fix soon. Should have been replaced immediately n to its previous standards .

Everyhting was pretty good, i wasnt there for one of there big parties they have so pending on your situation could be good or not,
The staff are super helpful and friendly, location is in middle of Kuta, awesome if chasing night life and good times. Value for money, the breakfast is decent as well. The rooftop pool is awesome
