Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. AustraliaBreakfast: hygiene was discusting. Plates smelt like eggs and wasnt cleaned properly. I was sick for the hole 8days staying there. We stopped having breakfast there. Pool area, music should have appropriate music. There was a lot of swearing. There was kids swimming hearing inappropriate music.

AustraliaThe gym was too small, one machine didn't even work. The first breakfast was OK, but the second day, there was SO many people, there wasn't enough seating and a lot of the food was empty.
Pool location was very cool, and we did swim. Hotel location was great, in the heart of shopping land.

IndonesiaThis two days i see 99% the staff are unhappy, so what happen with all the staff? I see them like sad, confuse, pressure? Just for advice make all your staff happy, than your hotel service will amazing! Start from greeting, say hello, ask hows your day, just from that little conversation make the different!
The hotel is clean comfortable, overall about the hotel are okay, my daughter happy with the hotel lay out, food are good, swimming pool clean , our room clean, the house keeping team are great! Need to improve with fnb team about friendliness, small talk can make different guys, everybody grumpy, but there is one amazing leader front restaurant, he is from tabanan i forgot his name, i think he is a senior or leader there, always friendly, please spread your knowledge to your fnb team

Good location, good size room, nice bed and linens. Quiet at night with a room to the rear of the hotel. Good breakfast choices. Aircon was very cold and you can adjust to your liking.

AustraliaGreat location to be in the middle of the action, yet some relaxed feeling once inside with water gardens, etc. Room was very clean, good hot water shower & aircon. Lots of great places to eat out around, haven’t tasted hotels food. Very good value for money in my opinion, convenient bay for taxi pick ups and about 20-30 mins drive to/from airport.

TaiwanHowever, the walls are thin as paper, allowing sound to easily pass through from neighboring rooms. We experienced noise issues with one of our neighbors at night, which required us to call security. Although they addressed the problem, it remained noisy early in the morning. Overall, it's a good place to stay but may not be suitable for light sleepers or those easily bothered by noise.
The location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants and just a 10-minute walk from the beach. The room is clean, making it great for a one-night stay before your flight.

IndiaWhen I checked in bed looks like broken. On my request they changed my room. At the time of check out I told reception person that I m checking out and going for breakfast. U can check room and give clearance. When I checked out they said all clear u can go. Ageing they called me and showed some black spot on pillow cover. I said let us go to room and see. They had removed pillow cover and kept in cleaning basket and showed to me. I said u should have shown me before removing. Paid IDR 50000 as cleaning expenses. Embarrassing for me as well as do hotel. In fact first room where bed was looking broken and if I wud have stayed in that room, no surprise hotel wid have recovered money from me as I had broken the bed.
I like location which was located in market area. It is safe location.

All in all Bali is too expensive now… Plus plus plus… its dead and empty to. Gets quieter each year. Yes i was in quiet time … was a ghost town. Feeling sad and bad for balinese . The people will suffer unfortunately
