SingaporeThe miscommunication between Booking.com and The One Legian which had left us with an undesirable room in the first 2 days of our stay. We opted for the interconnecting room, yet we were presented with side-by-side rooms with no interconnecting door, and at the low floor level (below receptionist level). It left us feeling rather unsafe as a group of female travelers. Also, the bottle of water was not easy to open.
After we approach the counter again on our second day, we were attended by Agus. Agus managed to help us change rooms and let us know when we could move in as according to our itinerary. The upkeep of the room daily was great and left us feeling refreshed and happy. Hotel was near many facilities and nightlife which can be great.

IndiaUnavailaibility of universal charging ports in room so if you are travelling with different kinds of charging plugs (compared to what they use in Bali), you should keep an universal adapter so that your mobile or laptop charger can be plugged. They will provide you the adapter based upon the availability which might not always be the case.
Staff was nice however, commincating with them was a bit tough. Have to repeat same sentence for atleast 4-5 times with different combinations of words so that they can understand the key meanings.

Loved all the breakfast dining. Great food and plenty of choice. Two egg stations would’ve been easier but one was broken down. Just a short wait for eggs.

IndiaThe view from the room was not what I expected but then again I wasn't in the room apart from when I came back to sleep. I don't really have anything to say about the things I didn't like because there was only 1 or 2 things which I can overlook.
The room was super comfy but a bit smaller than I expected but that was alright as I was travelling alone and don't need too much space. The location was right in the centre of Kuta with ample of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The beach was a 15 min walk which was ideal. Great value for money and the breakfast was also nice. They have a late checkout which is super convenient.

TaiwanWe had two bookings for different days, and both were with connected rooms for 3 people. They gave us separate room in the first booking. We didn't complain. But, in the second booking a few days later, they gave us our right room and it was better than the separate rooms. They event put more toilet stuff (like razors and shower cap) in the connected room. In the second booking, the bathroom still had waste on the toilet, we called to the counter and they came to the lobby. The nearby beach is dirty

AustraliaThe showers had mold in them, and breakfast was average. Staff were friendly but took several attempts to get stuff like pool towels etc.
We upgraded to a pool access room which was exactly what we were after because the "poolview" room had a tiny balcony that only 1 person could fit on and limited view of the pool. The location of the hotel is central and with everything you need on your doorstep.

The rooftop theme, and the largeness of the facility ( added on parts of the hotel ). Attached to a lounge, and restaurant. Also, location conveniently located to other places. The breakfast was great too!
