United KingdomThe pillows, i see other people have complained and management said they will address it but obviously havent. The pillows are like bricks. I asked for others but nothing was available. I even looked for pillow shops! Please Alantara buy new pillows. You have a stunning resort but its spoilt when i cant enjoy it as i cant sleep.

United KingdomThe only tiniest thing was that the robes in the wardrobe could have been slightly better quality as they were a bit scratchy but that is such a tiny issue and everything else was perfect!
The suite was wonderful, the bed enormous and the bath and outdoor shower was a real highlight. The staff were wonderful, our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we were kindly offered a complimentary lunch and they had prepared a birthday cake for my partner which they discreetly delivered to the room! The pool is amazing and the shuttle to and from Sanur really made the slightly out of the way location no problem at all. The breakfast was delicious and so varied too, with different options each day at the buffet.

Stayed with my mum here on a special mother daughter trip. It was absolutely beautiful and so were the staff. Everything is not a problem for them so very helpful and happy. Super clean and stunning rooms. Exceptional food. Not too big also. You can choose to be social or be private. Stunning pool super clean also. I highly recommend. Fantastic price and getting into town is super easy.

AustraliaI can't really fault this place, but if I had to say something there's no elevator (at least not to our part of the hotel).
This is such a beautiful resort! From the moment we arrived we felt really taken care of, and there were extra touches like a welcome drink, warm towel to refresh your hands, etc. Huge comfy bed, amazing pool and heaps of different breakfast options, including lots of fun juices, vegetables, an egg station and pastries. The staff went above and beyond - we checked out in the morning and they stored our bags and said we could use the pool until we needed to head off to the airport. I wish we had been able to stay longer.

NetherlandsAbsolutely amazing! From the minute you arrive you just feel so welcome. The staff is so sweet and attentive, they all pay attention to detail and seem to care about their guests. We have been to Bali many times and stayed at so many different places but this is my new favorite! The food in the restaurant is very good but the drinks in the poolbar are even better. For us the hotel was close enough to the center but it felt very serene. We absolutely loved the rooms! They were clean, spacious and very well kept. We can not wait to go back!!!

United KingdomA bit too far to walk from the centre of things and the beach but the hotel does have a shuttle. We never used it, as the Grab app was so cheap and reliable. I actually prefer this location as seemed cooler and more quiet than other locations.
Stayed here twice over a two week period with a trip to the Gili’s in between. Lovely little hotel in a tranquil tropical setting. Great choice at breakfast and the themed evening meals are really great experiences as well. We attended for Chinese new year, which had a great little show on and we also enjoyed an evening meal with a saxophonist playing, who was really good. The swimming pool is great and the ground floor room we had was more than adequate. The best thing about this hotel though is the staff. All are really pleasant and helpful. They genuinely seem to enjoy working there and take trouble to know your name. They also have quite a few students training there as well from the local college. The students are also keen to impress. Will definitely return and would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone. I don’t think you would be disappointed,
