We stayed 10 nights and every day was better than the previous. Amazing breakfast, great facilities, lots of restaurant options, and more. But by far the most praise has to go to the amazing staff! Everyone we dealt with were absolute amazing, always friendly and caring and extremely helpful. Would make special mention to Jenifer, Jessica and the rest of Lady in Red team, for going above and beyond with our requests. Also call out to amazing service and friendliness from Sujite each morning breakfast buffet!

SpainThere is little to nothing to do in the area, for us it was fine since we were there just a few nights to relax before travelling back home, but keep in mind.
This was by far the best resort I've ever stayed at. Everything was beautiful and breathtaking. The staff is super friendly and the quality of the rooms, restaurants and open spaces are premium. We had dinners in all of them and I can recommend the meat platter at the beach club and the dinner at Koral, which is certainly a highlight. The pools are huge and the whole area is a nice place to be. Breakfast has a huge selection. The rooms are big and modern, and the beds are the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced.

AustriaThe Koral restaurant where you are dining basically underwater with fishes all around you, only had a set menu which was very pricey and did not really impress me. It was not possible to eat a-la-carte. So we didn't book a table there.
They upgraded our room free of charge, which gave us an amazing view of the sea. The breakfast was incredible, with so many different foods to choose from. I loved the fact that you could eat sushi for breakfast!

CanadaAttempted to book a camel ride offered at a neighboring hotel. Once they heard i wanted to go solo,or join another group,they informed me i would have to pay double. I found that to be discriminating to solo travelers and didnt book it..very disappointed..

The service was very friendly and accommodating, and after a small issue at the beginning of my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an excellent experience. The pool was fantastic, the breakfast was delicious. The highlight of my stay was the incredible effort the team put in when I lost a very valuable item. They went out of their way to locate it and even arranged a courier to deliver it to my next hotel, which was truly outstanding service.
