In the evening when we arrived, nearby they were burning something and the smell of the smoke was coming in somehow. But its nothing with the Garcia itself,it is an unfortunate timing. Would be nice more toys,playing option for kids or some kind of kids club even for few hours open morning time then afternoon as well.

Good location,the entrance ,the restaurant are very spacious and huge. It was very warm welcoming,the staff are kind and friendly. Rooms are big and rolling door between bedroom and bathroom (with good amenities). It is very nice. Breakfast was super good,we really loved it. We will be back!

We visited during the low season, which was relatively quiet, but we can imagine it could get quite noisy during the high season. Unfortunately, we experienced some noise from a neighboring unit and could hear their entire conversation, which disrupted the peaceful atmosphere.

Luxury meets nature, that’s the way I’ll describe the villas! The Garcia truly lived up to its 5 star rating! Evi the manager was incredible problem solver and the staff generally provide impeccable smiley service at all times (special thanks to Shintia that looked after our dinners and breakfast)! The food quality at the Ksuna was great as well! Will surely return someday!

Hot water was slow to come on (like 5-15 minutes of waiting sometimes). Engineer visited twice but couldnt really resolve it (just had to be patient). Could have been something to do with our room being a bit further away from the central heating system.

Nice and clean and modern, nice restaurant. Shuttle service is great and drops you off right in the heart of town.

Nothing to dislike, would 110% come back to Ubud Garcia for another visit.

We loved how spacious the villa was. The beds were super comfy and it was great to sleep in. My son loved swimming in both the private and open swimming pools. The staff were very helpful and organized the birthday dinner for my wife which was an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was made by order, there was shuttle bus to Ubud central and back which is quite convenient.

The room facility description in Booking.com is incorrect. We booked the room especially because it stated that there is a bath in the deluxe room, unfortunately this is not the case. Luckily the staff is super helpful and gave us an upgrade to the villa with bath.

The staff is very helpful, friendly and hospitable. The place is unbelievably pleasant. The room is exquisitely furnished and clean. We especially love the setting of the semi outdoor bathroom. The restaurant food is also superb.

Everything, from the room to the pool, the restaurant to the spa. The service was excellent and couldn't recommend the hotel higher, we will be back and we will tell friends and family.

Gym might need updating/expanding. The water was not warm enough in the shower (took a long time to warm up).

Lovely staff and very nice hotel for a couple . All the services were amazing. We enjoyed the room and the a la carte breakfast. The hotel was in a quiet and peaceful area and the shuttle service was very convenient.
