Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. FranceThe hotel is showing its age a little bit, and not really suited for business travel. Its pretty far from where you need to be (though cabs are very cheap) and would have really liked the option for a breakfast that wasn't a mediocre buffet for 22 euros - or at least include it in the price or for a discount for guests. Other business advantages like a business centre, enough hangers in the room, etc were missing
Nice hotel with large rooms and access to a market and some small local malls near by. Bed was large and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and overall was a good experience.

CanadaOur room was old. Not sure if the whole property is like this or just our room. All the doors within our room were dirty and had spots all over then. They needed a really good wipe down. The towels and bedding were clean but other than that, I would say the cleanliness was moderate or less.
That staff was excellent, very accommodating and helpful. Lobby was stylish and clean. Location was great. Check in was perfect. Breakfast was nice.

NetherlandsThe small mall next door is being renovated, reducing the walking distance options for a good meal. Nothing the Groves Suites is responsible for, but a pity nonetheless.
I often stay at this place when in Jakarta, its location and the stability, reliability and quality of the internet are good. The staff is professional and friendly.
