Just a bit dark and hidden if cycling and a lot of mosquitoes at night but they provide the spray.

The accommodation is superb! Quiet place, middle of the island, clean, got two showers, privacy pool for each room, suitable for Muslims and honeymoon couples. Just like what we imagined...

The property was beautiful the whole outside area was just loverly to sit in and enjoy the pool and sun and the bathroom was just beautiful too. Didit was sooo helpful and really explained everything when we arrived and if we wanted to know anything he was the one to talk to. The location was good I recon it is like a 5ish min bike ride to either side which was good and the area in nice and quiet.

the private pool was lush, Didit the manager was the greatest host of all time so respectful and helpful he went above and beyond 24/7. Clean, comfy bed, massive room, great aircon, love the outdoor bathroom!

Although the bikes were included, they might need to be serviced. Location is a bit far from the shore, which can also be an advantage cause it's away from the nightlife noise.

The description says the property is 23m2 which nearly put us off booking as we thought it would be small for the 4 of us. It is way bigger that that, all very spacious and comfortable, we’re so glad we booked!

The Haven was perfect for us. Well located for a peaceful stay yet close enough for the fabulous bars, restaurants and beaches of Gili T. Didit was amazing. So welcoming and willing to help us with anything we asked. He made our stay truly memorable, cannot thank him enough.

Bit pricy and not really value for money what we paid. However, just enjoy stay on beautiful island, water and beaches are beautiful, clean and so peaceful.

Pool, specious villa, simple but comfortable and very clean. We even liked location bit away from center but so peaceful with birds chirping in the morning and just silence...Mr. Didit the manager was really helpful and around whatever was missing he would got it done promptly. And not to forget breakfast was really great 😀

It's a bit far away from the center of activity and the road to it is not well lit at night. This is a minor thing because everything is relatively close.

The rooms and private pool were really great. It is a very quiet location. A good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Fast responses to our requests.

Breakfast was good (quite a few options to select from) but could be better, I personally didn’t like that you had to confirm it a day in advance but also found this in other places of Indonesia so it might be a common thing. Location was a bit out of the way without the bikes and also a recommendation we’d like to give is to add some space by the pool to sunbathe and make the most of it!

The villa felt really comfortable and spacious, clean and the pool was massive! We rented it for a birthday celebration and it gave us the space and privacy we needed, feeling like we were living our best life in Indonesia :) Also a positive they have bikes available for guests for free!

Nothing bad to say about the property!

Very clean & open space. Lovely outdoor area and private pool. Good option of snack bar at small additional charge. Free bikes included for duration of stay to use and get around on. Wonderful breakfast with varied choices delivered to the villa at a chosen time freshly made and prepared by Dedy every morning. Lovely nice outdoor shower and toilet facilities. No bugs or anything which I was afraid of. Definitely recommend and loved our stay.

The first day cycling to the beach, after 20 years haven't cycled. But within a few days it was much easier. 😀😀

Everything was very clean. The host was super friendly. Enough options for breakfast. And was very good. Bikes were included.

During our stay we unfortunately endured the problems with water, with made our stay kinda unpleasant. Although manager apologized and informed us that this is the issue in all island, we still expected do not have such issues in quite expensive accommodation. First day after coming to the beach and taking a shower, the water just disappeared. So until the problem was fixed, I had to finish washing my hair on the sink with a cup pouring the water on top. Also we couldn’t flush the toilet. Same issues repeated unfortunately throughout all our stay, as the water kept disappearing. With the money collected the owner of the villa could invest into fixing the water tanks or somehow fixing the problem. Also we had electricity gone as well before sleeping time, which made our room very hot, until the problem got fixed.. This was not our first stay in Gili and previously we have not encountered same issues even staying in way cheaper places. The owner did not offer us any refund or any kind of apology gesture for all the inconveniences caused (except to manager’s apology). Unfortunately will not stay again in this place and warning others to consider if you want a comfortable stay.
