FranceHot water last 10 min The girl at the front door needs to follow a training in how to welcome and inform guest properly. I’m in holidays, not here in an administration office. Strong smells of insecticide in the bathroom which was waste everything. Cheap furnitures (except the bed which was great).

Really good for the price. Cleaned every day- not a thorough clean but a basic one. Comfy bed. Basic but good. Lots of lighting options. If more attention to detail was given could be a great place. Great value for money. Good location. Very quiet.

AustraliaThe walls are thin, you can kind of hear the next room. The toilet has a little stench smell but it was bearable because of the fan on the ceiling.
The host was super helpful and very kind. Anything you needed, she would always try to meet your expectations. The cleaners were always kept our room clean whenever we weren’t home (which was everyday) and always asked when they can clean the room which was very respectful. Nothing was touched besides what they had to do which was clean our bed and bathroom. Any time we needed fresh towels, it was always supplied clean and fresh. Wifi works well and the aircon is perfect.

United KingdomUnfortunately we felt a bit let down after checking in to the apartment, we were so excited to have a bath but the water only runs hot for about 30 seconds and then freezing cold, this was the same for our whole week stay. Nice kitchen but totally impractical, missing so many appliances/utensils! Unfortunately this place looks nice but hasn’t actually been designed with the customer in mind.
The apartment is super modern, stylish and clean. Comfortable bed. Good location. The staff are delightful. We enjoyed our stay.

Australiaa few things, the shower is a handheld shower mounted to the side wall above the bathtub, you can’t stand under it, you must hold it at all times to continue using it. the hot water didn’t last very long and there were food scraps in the bathroom sink. the A/C looked to be brand new but we had it cranking at 16 degrees and it barely worked. we were only staying 2 nights so didn’t bother to get it looked at or change rooms. there were 2 families living in the apartments below with young kids and they had zero discipline, kids screaming for no reason, toys and kids scooters laid across the pathway etc. this isn’t a home stay otherwise we would have been fine with it.
the location is great, staff were very friendly, wifi was excellent.

IndonesiaWe want to report this location as it was infested with cockroaches and the room was not clean. On the first night we found a big cockroach in the kitchen and reported this to the staff. On the second evening another cockroach crawled on our bed. We have both pictures of cockroaches and uncleaned room. Our reservation was for 7 nights (fee paid on arrival by card) but we left after one night. We agreed to pay for the first and second night but we would like to have our money back for the nights we didn’t stay in this location, a total of 5 nights, as this was clearly a room which was not ready to be used. The Hita Apartment could only give us half of the amount of the remaining 5 nights. They said the rest should be paid back by booking.com. We contacted booking but never got a response...
