The hotel you had a beautiful pool and there was a bar and restaurant surrounding it. However, there was no one at the bar because there was simply nothing to drink. The staff was helpful and tried to arrange a day trip for us to 2 caves. There's not anything to do in the surrounding area of the hotel there was only one type of beer at the bar

Very comfy and spacious room overlooking the pool and beach. Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Brilliant swimming pool. Great to have a shuttle bus in to the town - one at 11 am and one at 6 pm. Breakfast was good and nice to have fresh cooked omelettes along with banana fritters. If looking for night life then you need to taxi to town - only 100,000 IDR. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It is a 15 min ride to town and you need to rely on the shuttle.

Restaurant food was really good. The pool was awesome and right on the beach. The beach was ok, not the best as it is cluttered with branches and wood debris. The hotel gardens are really nice.

We did not swim at the beach as it was a bit rough with lots of drift wood in the water and on the shore. It was still nice to walk to and interesting to walk along.

We had a lovely stay. The room was comfortable with a view of the pool and the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is out of the main part of town so not walking distance to shops. They provide a shuttle bus service twice a day if you would like to visit restaurants and shops.

Lovely place, highly recommended. I read the reviews about the beach before and indeed it is not the most pristine beach to relax, HOWEVER I also read that their swimming pool makes up for it big time and they were right! Lovely pool, plenty of loungers and great service all around. Staff was incredibly friendly and the food delicious. Their Soto soups are fantastic. The location is a bit out of town, but they offer scooter rental at low prices so I would say rent one and explore. Will book again if I come back to Flores.

You don't have black-out curtains, or even a bathroom door, but old-style blinds and a bathroom door curtain instead. Functional.

The room facilities are a bit dated, but fully functional and one might say even with a retro vibe. The outdoor pool and the beach are quite ok.

For a 5*, it is a bit aged. It would need refresh in some areas (e.g. the fitness centre). The beach in front of the hotel is nice, but the sea was not.

Some areas are outdated or damaged (eg tennis court, rental bike and helmets), it’s not possible to use the beach (reception said it’s dirty and polluted), there are not many healthy choices at the breakfast buffet

A bit far away from everything - you need a cab to get anywhere - Restaurant is overpriced and food could improve and very long wait for drink etc .. - staff doesn’t speak hardly English - Beach is not nice !

Transportation was poor. I arranged pickup from the ferry well in advance and confirmed. Driver was a no show. It took one hour after I managed to call the hotel to get a driver out. Driver did not come to the ferry terminal. I had to search for them.

Pool is good. Massage services were excellent.
