A beautiful complex with incredible staff. The room was lovely despite the bad smell from the bathroom drain which the staff immediately resolved. The bed was comfy. The complimentary drinks and snacks were very much appreciated. The pool area and swim-up bar was excellent. We would definitely have stayed longer and would definitely return.

Literally nothing, it was all round amazing!

An excellent, nice and friendly boutique hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained and the pool was clean and warm enough to swim in for hours. The staff cannot be faulted! They're were friendly, approachable and all remembered you by name. The food was delicious, especially the eggs Benny and pizza. I cannot fault this wonderful hotel and will be back again with the family. Location was great too! 5 mins to the beach!

You could hear the neighbour slamming doors when arriving at early hours of the morning.

The staff were very helpful and did everything to accommodate us as we asked for late check-out. The room was very clean and updated, beds were comfortable. Everything we ate at the restaurant was very good in taste and presentation. It was close to everything. I would rebook if I come back to Bali.

We had a excellent Stay at The Mahata , The restaurant food was A1,And the Dining Room was so clean. Our Room was Large .The Hotel is a nice size not to big. And a lovely Pool in the Middle , The staff were so Helpful We will come back Again 10/10 . In stead of having a BUFFET BREAKFAST YOU ORDER DIRECTLY OFF THE MENU Which is 100% better

The beds are firm, which normally I don’t mind but this one was just a little too firm for myself. The breakfast was not as great as it has been, but still delicious nonetheless! The pool area is small and can sometimes be full when only a couple of people are in there!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and again it has been 10 out of 10. The team really do make you comfortable and go above and beyond to ensure they are doing all they can to make your stay enjoyable. The location is ideal, with a deep pool and easy access to circle k, mini mart and others. The mash potato is the best, if anything is the main reason I keep returning 😅😅 The Reno’s have freshened the place up! We also had an unexpected visitor and the team very quickly added a bed to the room which was greatly appreciated.

Window in our room could not be opened, since there was no mechanism. We basically had to open the door for 30-45 minutes to get fresh air and this kills privacy quite a bit.

When it was heavy rain. There was a water leak from aircon. It happened during the night. Luckily didn’t had a fall but almost. But they fix it immediately.

Location is very convenient and staff was so amazing and very helpful. If I go again and plan to stay in same area I would definitely stay in this place.

It would have been nice to have a gym facility, but I recognize it's just a small hotel.

The Mahata seems very new (I stayed early 2025), and so the facilities were clean and in good condition. The staff were very friendly - and I was particularly impressed when one member (Febri) offered to get me ginger tea at breakfast when she realized I wasn't feeling very well. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I was worried that the area might be too noisy, but that wasn't an issue when I was there. They also provided free ear plugs just in case :)
