I honestly can't fault this place at all.

I can't speak highly enough about this property, it is meticulously kept in all regards. If you want to enjoy a romantic stay in a great location, this is it.

The shower didn't have constant hot water - a minor issue since it's hot all day and night, The wifi worked well on our first day, but then the router signal disappeared, also a minor issue. In the island you need a scooter to move around. If you don't like to drive one, then it's difficult to get taxis and even though the owners always accommodated our needs for transportation I always felt bad bothering them with it. I suggest they make some kind of arrangement/agreement at a special price, with taxi drivers in the area, to arrange transportation for guests who don't like/want/can ride scooters.

The owners are super nice and helpful. The entire place looks amazing and extremely well cared, the garden, the pool, everything amazing. Breakfast was good, with 3 different menu choices.

We really couldn’t fault it!

We had a wonderful time. It’s a beautifully kept property, the huts are cosy and absolutely spotless, the garden and swimming pool area super luscious and the staff is super lovely. when planning the trip we were nearly thinking of renting a villa or something fancier, I’m so glad we didn’t and chose Niti’s instead! Laying by the pool here still made us feel like a million dollars and I feel the “huts” are more suited to the relaxed and casual Lembongan lifestyle more than a villa would anyway. The location was fab, in a serene setting away from the hustle and bustle, but close to a lot of highly rated places to eat.

The best appartment we had in our round-trip. It's clean, comfortable, has a good price, the people are very friendly and helpful. Making break fast or sth was super fast. Very good located between devils eye and a lot of restaurants. Absolutely recommendation!

Hot water missing for 2 days

Very helpful staff. The opened breakfast 1 hour early for us as we were doing a tour in the morning. Great pool. Great location, 5 min walk to Dream beach, Sunset beach, Devils Point.

Only small improvement would be more shade around the pool (the sun shades were very heavy to move)!

The rooms were clean and well maintained, with mosquito nets over the beds. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was fantastic - round the corner from Dream Beach, Sandy Bay and Devil’s Tear.

Just our hut that was close to the road was hard to sleep but ask for a hut not close to the road :)

It is situated in such a great area. 2 min walk to devil tears (for sunset) and a 10 min walk to mushroom bay. The huts are big, clean and well air conditioned. Perhaps ask for a hut not near the road as out but was right on the road and the scooters Kept me awake. (Most huts aren’t near the road). The breakfast and facilities are perfect. Good wifi. The staff were exceptional. So helpful and kind. So glad we stayed here.

-the shower was sometimes hot sometimes cold. - the hut was very dark inside, not much light one advice would be to place a sheer curtain in the huts. so you can still let daylight in, but also have some privacy.

The owners were really sweet and helpful. the hut was very clean, with a beautiful outside bathroom. We could also rent a motorbike and book several trips on the island.

A most delightful and friendly group of people working at Niti's Huts who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and restful. I loved the pool area and access to the beach walks. I would definitely return should I come back this way again. I ran into a problem with my scooter on the island and the staff went out of their way to help me. Thank you so much!

Excellent location close from dream beach and devils tears. Very friendly staff who organized snorkeling trips for us, dropped and picked us up after snorkeling. Clean rooms, towels and pool! The breakfast was amazing, especially the banana pancakes and fried noodles!

there is nothing to fault great value for money

the staff were great nothing was a problem for them, from motor scooter to transport service with a smile, the bungalow was very clean with everything you need, and there is a choice of restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance

We don't know where to start. We had the best time at the Niti Hut's. The huts are beautiful and very, very clean. The garden and the pool are amazing. There is a good breakfast in the morning included. The service is amazing. The huts get cleaned every day, whats really comfortable. The bed was very cozy and the duvet covers are extra pleasant. The owners and the staff are very polite and helfpul. We would defintely come back and recommend this place!! Thank you so much for the great time at your place!

It is an amazing accomondation to stay in lembongan and we really enjoyed our stay. It is located close to the dream beach and devils tears. You can perfectly explore the island from this place and the staff is very friendly and helpful! It is very clean and the huts are beautiful. The included breakfast is awesome! Next time we go to Lembongan we will definitely stay here again.

We loved everything.

We loved everything about this place. The villas were amazing so clean and with beautiful outdoor showers. The pool was so beautiful and also all of the gardens were kept so well! The staff were amazing they were so helpful and friendly! They organised everything for us, even when we missed our boat on the first night they organised us accommodation at the port. The breakfast is delicious with lots of options. Absolutely loved this place.Also the beds are so comfortable. We are thinking to come back for a month at some point. Wish we could live there. Thank you so much for having us 🥰

There been absolutely nothing we disliked about this place :)

We been here for two nights and it was simply great! Such a warm welcome in the morning when we arrive some hours before actual checkin. The kind owners gave us a welcome drink, a short introduction of the island and what to experience here and even offered us the option to get breakfast in the restaurant while they are preparing our room. After the breakfast we got to check in our room where the luggage of us wer waiting already. The huts are incredibly nice very clean and the open bathrooms are just a great experience. The bed been nicely decorated with flowers and towels. The cleanliness of the cabins been just extraordinarily! The whole area in the garden are very tasteful decorated and set up. Sightseeing spots are literally in 5min walking distance so we barely used our scooter. All in all it was an amazing experience and we can just highly recommend this place.
