Could be a very nice place to stay if things worked properly and the staff was willing to work.

Sink did not work properly in one of the 2 rooms. Swimming pool not really usable as the water is too cold (coming directly from a stream). No extra toilet paper given in 3 days, I had to ask for it. On some occasions there was no warm water in the shower. The staff gave impression that they were disturbed while doing nothing when we asked for anything.

From the surface, a beautiful place. Architecturally super well done.

Low low level of English spoken. No taxi service and far to any restaurants other than the Hotel Restaurant. Hotel Restaurant had maybe 1/3 of the menu card, the rest was 'sold out' alle 4 days we stayed there. No room cleaning during our 3 nights and 4 days.

Location, infinity pool over the river and food quality at the restaurant. Very very kind personal

Very poor accessibility, form over function in cute design at the expense of functionality.

Lovely and welcoming staff, interesting design, nice location

The staff were friendly, but their english was really bad. It was hard to communicate with them about anything.

    Really nicely built, very unique.

Extremely disappointing stay in what could be a fabulous place ….but is definitely not!

The place was deserted - we were the only guests. A group of 5-6 young staff were hanging around, but really not interested in helping us. I had to ask which cabin was ours. Once inside, the place was very dirty. The bedding on our bed - on the ground floor - smelt really damp and musty, as if the bed had been made up weeks beforehand and left to get mouldy. The bedroom upstairs was slightly better. All the towels were stained and the bathroom was filthy. We didn’t even dare try to eat in the restaurant in the evening. The crowning glory was breakfast the next morning - which we had to order as soon as we arrived the day before…..toast……was literally a 1/4 loaf, put under the grill for 2 seconds and served with chocolate spread, coffee was Nescafé. We packed our bags and ran, with the indifferent staff looking on. I have stayed in many hotels over the years - both for work and leisure - this is the first time I have ever checked out early and felt compelled to write a negative review. It was also one of the pricier hotels we stayed at during our stay on Java. My advice - stay away.

This could/should be a fabulous place - however, we were so disappointed that we checked out early just one night. Swimming pool was good, but only 3 loungers/chairs. Location and gardens lovely.

Such a extraordinary place! It's a hidden paradise, gives you a feeling to stay in the wild. Friendly people every where, not only in the resort. The pools are also pretty. We loved it
