The property itself is peaceful, super clean, and surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. We loved every moment of our stay and can’t recommend it enough for anyone visiting Nusa Penida!

We had to wait 2+ hours to get our room because of a miscommunication. The staff was super sweet and apologetic but it was a very hot day to be waiting outside. our room was facing west it would warm up considerably in the afternoon heat even with the AC fully on. I think having portable fans would be very helpful in the villas. The power also shut down quite a few times and we couldn't tell whether it was related to the grid or facilities.

Ayenda, Ayu, Fabri and the remaining staff were absolutely warm hearted and loving. I wish I could smile like them all day. The location is very nice, a quiet place, but walking distance from everything. The swimming pool and rooms were very clean and breakfast was delicious ! We met some very nice visitors during our stay and it was always so nice to talk to Ayenda and the girls about Nusa Penida and Bali.

Ayunda was amazing - excellent cook, helpful with ferry bookings and motorbike hire and super friendly and fun! The rooms are really clean with big comfortable beds and a nice outside area. The pool is great for a dip to cool down. We loved our stay here!

Ayunda and all her staff were extremely nice and helpful. We stayed only 1 night , but we wished we stayed there longer. Great service, pick up from the harbour, great loundry service done very quickly. The best stay on our 1 month trip through Indonesia. Very big and delicious breakfast. Everything. The rooms are big, really comfortable, well organized, clean and well maintained. Yes, you can hear the animals during the night, what was great for me, but for the ones that wouldn’t like to be awaken at 5 a.m because of the birds, they had earplugs in the room. The place is beautiful and amazing, you can really feel the nature around you, it was an awesome experience. They have scooters for a cheap price for you to explore the island, go to the restaurants, etc. The breakfast is delicious and more than that, they give you many options. But the best of everything was the staff, they did everything in they power to make our stay the best as possible, and they did great. The first they Fabri went with my fiancé to town to get a plug adapter because we didn’t bring one with us, they gave us a mosquito repellent (I an allergic and they noticed that) and in the room there was a mosquito killer also. I got Bali belly while in Nusa Penida (not from the hotel), and Ayunda took care of me as I was one of her daughters, she made me ginger tea, gave me some baby oil for massage, gave me some tips on how to get better (it worked). I was the best place we ever stayed, and if we go back to Bali, this will be the hotel for sure. Oh, and they welcomed us with gingerbread cookies and orange juice.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The location is great it feels very secluded but you are close to restaurants and shops. The room was spotless clean and well maintained, the pool was perfect to help cool down. Breakfast was delicious and they have plenty of options to choose from. Also they offer a pick up service from the port which was very helpful

You hear the animals in the night. So if you are a light sleeper bring your Ohropax. But thats pretty much everywhere you go on the Islands. It didn‘t bother me. :)

It really is a Palm Paradise. Cute cottages in the middle of a „Palm Forest“ and close to both harbours. Good size with a front terrace and everything you require is available in the room. You can also chill by the pool or in the open space under the roof. The Staff is super friendly. I had a very warm welcome by Ayunda, she is amazing. You directly feel like home. Breakfast was also really good. The owner Roman, recommended a nice restaurant for dinner and even gave me a ride, since it‘s a little dark to walk. I still walked back. It was ok just need a flashlight. Easiest was to get around is to book a scooter by the harbour. Roads are sometimes curvy and bumpy but the traffic is not as bad as in Ubud or Canggu. Unfortunately I stayed 1 night only. Next time I will for sure stay longer on this beautiful Island.

Roman and ayur are wonderful persons, they gave us warm welcome and roman picked us up from the harbour in his amazing small Katana pickup. They made everything to make our stay comfy with advices and directions, even when we were not in the hotel anymore. Definitely recommend it ! Don't miss the dive centers and massages places nearby !!!

The palms has everything for a very enjoyable holiday. We had booked 4 nights but stayed 2 nights longer as we liked it so much. The bungalows are spacious with a large bathroom. It gets cleaned daily. The breakfast is very filling and you can choose from 6 different dishes. Roman and Ayunda are very helpful, giving information and booking trips. The accommodation is in walking distance to several restaurants. During our stay there was one cute little puppy. She does not belong here, but rocks up whenever she wanted. It is a small place with 10 bungalows around a pool. The bungalows are surrounded by palm trees in a quiet area, but still close to the harbour, shops an restaurants. I can highly recommend a stay here.

During the night it is really noisy due to cows, geckos and chicken. Don’t leave anything outside the house overnight, my shoe got stolen by a neighbors dog!

This was one of the favorite hotel I’ve been to in Bali. The peacefulness, the kindness of the staff (Ayunda was the absolute cutest, I’m a female solo traveler, and she checked on my every need, cooked for me with her daughters, gave me rice to put my broken phone in, and arranged every transport for me almost for free every time), the dogs, the room, the delicious food, everything basically! I felt extra safe. The hotel is also super well placed, close to the restaurants. Super clean, you can eat at the property if you’d like, laundry service provided, pick up and drop off from the port, and tours of the island. I will come back for sure!
