Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is ideally located and it felt like a peaceful heavenly place next to the vibrant Ubud life. The staff members were lovely and the breakfast was great too.

It’s is a little noisy some nights but they supply ear plugs so I recommend them but great location for centre.

Pretty decors inside and out of the villa, feels like a real Bali experience. The staff, especially Gus Black was very friendly and caring, going out of his way to accommodate for guest's needs.

Can’t fault a thing!

We loved it all. The room was super spacious and so was the bathroom. The pool area was beautiful and super quiet. Wish we stayed longer. It’s also in a very great location.

The sender pool suites are centrally located. And an easy stroll to Ubud markets, Monkey forest, water palace and plenty of cafes and restaurants and spa salons. The room is as the pictures

I'm not a light sleeper (so it didn't bother me) however Villa 1 & 2 are located just off the main road and the road noise/dogs may be a problem for some. Request one of the rear villas and you'll be right... The accomodation is quite pricey compared to a lot of others on the street, but it is beautiful

I stayed in the Suning Villa (number 2) - This villa is beautifully styled, clean and very accurate to the online photos. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the aircon worked a treat. They provided a bowl of fresh fruit, a minibar and toiletries. Nice personal touches with fresh flowers and a pretty offering. The staff are lovely and attentive. The small pool is shared with Villa 1 (so be mindful if you're not travelling with another couple or friend). Fantastic location, with everything you'd possibly need right outside. I have already recommended this place to my friends 🧡 Loved it

The only thing I encountered was that I came to check in at 2pm and all of the staff were on break - there was a sign on the desk but if you’ve never been it’s hard to know where to look for the staff… seems a bit silly to have everyone on break at the same time at check in time. That was the only thing otherwise everyone was super helpful and kind!

The room was huge and really well set out. Lovely furnishings, and very private. The bed was massive and super comfy!

The staff were really good, humble and polite. Loved the way they greeted everyone with a sweet smile on their face. We came for our honeymoon and we had not informed them about it when they knew immediately they arranged for some decoration for our room which was really sweet of them to do Location was excellent it was really close to ubud market Rooms and property were beautiful and comfortable. Sometimes it was a little hard to have smooth conversations in English, though all staff were reachable, respectful and helpful! I know it’s common in Bali but there are some insects (like ants, mosquitos, spiders, fruits flys, and cockroaches) we had to deal with (try ignore). A pool is shared with two villas, so wish for best luck that you have good neighbors during your stay! A little far from the city center; 15 mins walk.

My sister and I stayed here for our BD holiday and they welcomed us with very pretty flower decoration!!! Staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was designed stylish and well cooled by an AC. The wi-fi connection was fast and convenient. Breakfast menu has enough variety and it was delicious, so we could enjoy everyday. If you have to leave early and cannot make it, then they make us bf boxes, which was very thoughtful! The floating breakfast was so pretty and uplifted our holiday mood. Overall my sister and I were really happy with the stay!

Lots of missed communication with the staff about booking tours through them. We should have to a tour aggregator.

The lack of choice offered on our third (last) day for breakfast was disappointing but in general the breakfasts were good.

It is a little haven of peace close to the centre of Ubud. The accommodation is private with only the sharing of the pool. The pool itself is fabulous and big enough to share between the 2 suites. The suites themselves are very well appointed and the semi outside bathroom is fabulous. The aircon and mosquito nets ensure your comfort. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are attentive but not intrusive. Would definitely stay again.

No sufficient lighting, I get the need of ambience but some practical lighting for example in the toilet would be great.

The cleanliness of the pretty decent outdoor shower could be improved.

The room was spacious, the bed is super comfy and our unit is right next to a hidden small river I think. It felt as if outside was perpetually raining because of the water flow sound from the river. We struggled to wake up every single day.

Air conditioner struggled during the day and as the bathroom was outside it was hot and not pleasant to use during the day. No where to hang/store clothes other than the bathroom right next to toilet
