IndonesiaWe had a lovely stay overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The bed was just okay for me, and the pillows were small and a bit too soft. Unfortunately, the indoor playground was closed on our last night due to a leak, which left my son a bit disappointed. The breakfast selection was quite varied, but we felt that the bubur and jamu could have been better. I also used the gym during our stay, and the equipment was in good condition, but I did notice a lack of yoga mats, which would have been a nice addition. I did notice there are additional prices for some of their children's activities. They were not much, but I think it would be better to make them free of charge for hotel guests.
Our stay at the resort was fantastic! The hotel is impeccably maintained, and the garden area is simply beautiful. It’s an ideal choice for families with young children, as there are plenty of activities to keep them entertained, especially on weekends. The resort offers both indoor and outdoor playgrounds; the indoor one is particularly suited for toddlers and kindergarten-aged kids. Our room was spacious and included an outdoor balcony, making it a comfortable place to relax. The TV had a great selection of channels, including HBO. The staff were always helpful and friendly, which added to our pleasant experience. We also used the free shuttle service to Jatim Parks, but we felt the schedule could be better aligned with the parks’ opening and closing times. Thank you! We can't wait to come back.

Indonesia- The bathroom door. I don't like the design and it was difficult to close 😅 - the swimming pool, suggest to have the cold and warm pool. My youngest son couldn't swim for too long, it was too cold 😀

IndonesiaAbout the restaurant reconstruction. At my first day i got my breakfast in restaurant near lobby. It was great and i can get everything that provided. But in my last day of stay, i’ve moved to ballroom to get my breakfast. Sadly it little bit chaos inside the ballroom. When i asked for a cappuccino they simply cannot provided since it was not in the restaurant.
Great hotel with helpful staff. I also enjoyed some hotel facilities.

SwitzerlandToo much noise (due to event) during breakfast and dinner, breakfast and half board have plenty food choices but taste was bad and some weren’t fresh. Overly crowded and queue for egg station was too long. Coffee quality during breakfast was terrible..
A lot of activities (billiard, table tennis, pool, gym, basketball, etc.), room is rather old but decently clean, & spacious, staff were nice and helpful, location is good (before batu city so that it’s less traffic and next to jayim park 3).

Above all the beautiful interior design and spacious structure, what special about this property is: THE STAFF. There are some minor problems with this property (wifi, booking preference was not met, noise, etc), but the staff are extraordinarily apologetic and helpful to solve the problems. I highly appreciate all their efforts to overcome and handle problems arised. They are really the key of the business. The breakfast buffet is also satisfying with lots of choices of dishes, drinks and deserts, daily menu diversity, and friendly services from the staff. The property itself is very beautiful, spacious with well-maintained big garden. It's very nice talking a walk in the garden. There are also many activities for children inside the property. My daughter enjoyed the bicycle and flying fox.

If you are planning to go bromo and find a place to stay, I suggest The Singhasari Resort Batu, the staffs are very kind and they will pack you Breakfast to bring along even at 12 am.
