We stayed as a family of 4 in the Paadi villa which was comfortable ,clean and most of all luxurious and comfortable .The staff were so friendly,sincere and accommodating .The service is phenomenal and the staff were willing to go out of their way to accommodate our every need ....10/10 to Valerian ..just wish I stayed longer

We like it that it’s away from the busy part of Ubud center. In the morning, I like sitting outside the room and enjoy the tranquility. All staff are very polite and friendly, we enjoyed making small talk with them.

I had an amazing time at Valerian Villas in Ubud. The place felt like a second home from the moment we arrived. The views were stunning, and the villas were super comfy, with cool extras like a lounge with karaoke and instruments. But let me tell you about the garden – it was unforgettable! Beautiful trees, ponds with adorable fish, and a fantastic pool with a charming swing. The sunset view from there was breathtaking. The best part? The terrace! It had this awesome view and sunset – seriously fantastic. We planned to stay just 1 or 2 nights, but we ended up sticking around for an awesome 6 days. We even got our friends to check it out, and they loved it too. The staff was next level. When we got scammed at an exchange place, they totally had our backs. Two of them came with us, and we got back the €250 we lost – way more than we expected. They were on top of everything and always had a smile. Seriously, if you're thinking about booking, just do it. You won't want to leave. Big thanks for everything! Shoutout to the owners for being awesome to their staff – it made a real difference. Thanks again for an epic stay! 🌟😊🙏

Everything was perfect!! This place is like heaven on earth! Stuff was very friendly, helpful and always smiling and in good mood!! We liked them a lot! The most beautiful place ever! Near to the centre of Ubud and they also provide free shuttle. We already miss that beautiful Villa and the stuff! ♥️

The Valerian was amazing! The staff were so lovely and the accommodation was amazing. One of the best hotels I've stayed in and such good value for money. I've booked to come back to Bali next year and will definitely stay here again.

Nothing. I would only recommend adding 1 extra step in the swimming pool coz it wasn’t easy to get out of the water for my elderly mother, and even for me.

We liked everything! It’s a perfect place! We enjoyed the views, scenery, food, pool, turtle and fish feeding.. rooms are clean and fresh, new. Kohler sanitary, super cool armchairs.. The staff was amazing! They even washed our car in the morning while we were eating the breakfast. I didn’t ask for this but it was a wow service. First time happened :)

Everything was special, the pool, the room, and the outdoor. Splendid and cared for garden and fish ponds. The swing was even better of some of the one your gonna pay around Ubud. The sunset is wonderful over the rice field. Steff is awesome. I personally prefer buffet breakfast but it was very good still. You need a car to move around but the provide shuttles.

I was skeptical about staying somewhere away from the usual(kuta, legian) but I’m so glad I decided to stay here! It was so peaceful, tranquil and beautiful! The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful! This place is a great stay for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway away from the crowds, chaos and noise.

Terrific, friendly staff and a quiet, calm environment that you wouldn’t have expected until they open the wooden gates for you upon arrival. The room was spacious and clean, and our expansive view of the paddy fields was beautiful.

The hotel facilities are excellent, with a limited number of rooms that ensure it's quiet, clean, and creates a relaxed atmosphere, making my stay exceptionally comfortable. The hotel staff provided outstanding service. They greeted me warmly and were always eager to help with various issues. Whether it was booking a car or reserving venues, they were more than willing to assist. I also noticed that the staff, in general, had good English language skills, which made communication smoother. I want to give a special thanks to Agus. Chatting with Agus was a delightful experience, and his service left a lasting impression. I look forward to staying at this hotel again and seeing Agus once more. In summary, it was a memorable stay!

There were a lot of options for dinner however the food was only average. Breakfast had to be booked the night before and was cooked to the time specified when booking.

The property has lots of greenery around which is very well maintained. Not a minus, but as a family with kids would be great if the Villa could add a small slide/playground for kids.

We stayed in the Padi villa for 3 nights with our 2 little kids and it was amazing : spacious, modern, spotless clean with amazing beds. The breakfast food was delicious with plenty of choices! Loved the eggs Benedict and the fresh tangerine juice. The staff was very accommodating, kind and genuinely caring. The kids enjoyed running around the gardens, playing in the pool and feeding the fish.
