I was told that the pool was under renovation only after paying for the room.

The doors didn't close together properly, and the curtains let light in. The toilet lid did not stay up and the toilet water was constantly running. The staff were often hard to find.

It's a nice old style resort in a good location but is now a bit run down. The airconditioning was great and the outside hot shower was excellent.

There is no water ballloon, but we got 2 half liter pet bottled water, and it is not that economical, would be better , money safer, more green if we could refill our bottles. There is just breakfast, but it is ok

The chlorine in the pool is off. They need a better pool maintenance approach and less chemicals. A saltwater pool would make such a positive difference to this property! It would take it to next level. As it is, its unpleasant being in this pool which could be fantastic with its view to the ocean.

I loved the garden in the centre of the sweet cottages. The view and sea breeze was pure magic. It was super quiet and relaxing. My friends and I really loved it and look forward to returning.

Really great place, bungalow are very spacious, huge bathroom in open air , we had view on the sea , terrace, good beds, mosquitoes net , pool and possibility to swim in the sea!!, beautiful garden , restaurants and shops around . Such a nice stay , I would come back !!!

Location and setting is fabulous, right on the beach close to many restaurants and supermarket. Staff really made the stay a highlight. They were always smiling and so helpful. Great breakfast in the beach side restaurant. The rooms are old style Bali. A little tired but clean and functional. Would definitely return.

The pool water was dirty. No proper shower just shower head loosely fixed over the bath, too low to get under. I paid for the premium rooms and got one room joined to another not a separate villa as shown in the advert, and noisy neighbours kept us awake.

Traditional style Bungalow. Nice gardens, big front balcony , on the water so day snorkeling boat pulled up right out front. The staff helped us organise the snorkeling and scooter hire very efficiently all done within an hour of arrival. There is a good local Restaurant at the entrance lane on the main rd in to the property . And a more combination local and western restaurant beside the hotel overlooking the water with a nice cool breeze

Staff/Ladies organised driver for us, driver arrived payed lady/staff finders fee, crap car wasn't sure it would make it, an hour and a half drive, arrived in Tulamben gave him 300k (agreed 250k)being nice, he argued and wanted 350k... And then stole our massive water...

We had a leaking toilet and we had to use numerous towels to try and keep the floor dry so we wouldn't slip over

They didnt prepare toothbrush, toothpaste, but they gave me 2 pcs of soap after my request. So dont forget to request! :) i might have requested the toothbrush and paste

The staff are great, friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well ordered because of the diligent attitude of the staff. The place is safe and the responsible staff take care of their guests. The accommodation is conveniently located and peaceful.

These are only mild suggestions rather than criticism: 1. Bath in outdoor area needs resurfacing 2. Room 809’s outdoor bathroom can be seen from the balcony of a room to the right that is a 2 story building 3. Shower floor was loose pebbles, suggestion to replace with a solid piece of concrete for safety, 4. Whilst the front door is magnificent as it locks with 2 rings & a padlock it means you don’t get a firm seal allowing mosquitoes in 5. Pool has some missing tiles, some on the base of the pool. Should replace as can cut guests feet.

Love the bungalow style accommodation with outdoor bathroom, front verandah, infinity pool & beautiful gardens. The staff were super friendly. I arrived later in the afternoon & needed washing done as I have been travelling on a scooter & they had my washing done & back to me within 3 hours which was amazing. The pool was nice & cold with a beautiful view over the ocean & local fishing boats. Loved my stay & would definitely stay again.

We were not told that you could not pay with your credit card at the end of your stay. We had organised to have enough cash for our trip hime to Sanur and then needed to re visit the ATM. They need to let people know this on arrival. They do need a little more attention to detail in the rooms, we had one bath towel that was ripped, and so thread bare thin that you could see thru it. The kettles cord was so short that the only place you could plug it in was the bathroom, which the plug was not the best or safest. The curtains needed to be reattached at the top as they had come undone. Toilet got blocked but we had no waste bin for the used tissue so had to put in in the toilet, we are use to not doing that in Bali but when there is no option what do you do. They fixed the toilet, but we still didn't have a waste basket I was excited to see an outdoor bathtub, but the plug didn't fit, and it also leaked around the drain so the water didn't stay in the tub. Having an outdoor shower was nice but a very limited area to stand on to get wet. The infinity style large pool was beautiful it overlooked the ocean the fishing boats and had views of local islands, which was delightful, until we looked at how to get in and out. My husband has two knee replacements and a metal cage in his spine. Climbing up and down a squeaking metal ladder was not the best. Then, once in, he had to remove a loose tile he hit with his foot.

Great Location we could easily see the lotus 🪷 in the Lagoon beautiful sea view even though from our room we could hardly see it and were told it's an ocean view. It is when you stand up on the right-hand corner of the balcony. It's where several fishing boats are moored, so there is not really an area for swimming in the ocean. But it was lovely seeing the fisherman and their families as they returned in the morning with their catch, and the families help unload then take them to the road for sale.
