Big comfortable rooms, amazing garden (you feel totally in nature), clean and very central but totally quiet. The poolarea is also very nice. A really good stay in Ubud center! The new rooms are very beautiful, the older ones could do with a little more furniture, because the rooms are so big.

Thin mattress was sagging, but overall ok. The staff was very enthusiastic in permanently shooting the monkeys. Yes I understand it is for the guest's protection, but I found it too aggressive, they were carrying a slingshot that looked like a huge gun and my daughter was very scared as they were walking around with it at the pool and making noises of success, when shooting the monkeys. We had to leave the pool, as we found it really disturbing..

Open toilet doors, humidity in room like you sleep in wet bed. Noisy doors staff noisy doors and staff. You can hear in suite how prople moving loudly doors. Deluxe breakfast means 2 fried eggs no salat, slice of bacon small sausage. Bread , butter, jam, Muddy coffee. No fresh fruits.

The WiFi was really bad. I disconnected during my stay instead.

The pool was great, clean and beautifully picturesque setting. There were monkeys in the evening and staff were keeping them away from the pool area. The check-in was no fuss, the room was cleaned daily and the staff were friendly. I didn't book the breakfast as other people had said it was not worth it.

Initial room Aircon didn't cool, but they moved us to a nearby room. The wifi kept going in and out frequently; very frustrating. Room spacious, but the large desk would be much better with a chair.

My shower could have been a little better but it was more than fine.

Huge spacious clean comfortable rooms right in the center but a little oasis of its own. Great pool, great stuff and a great find! I will definitely come back.

I had to fight a noisy gecko one time and failed to get it out of the room but the staff were helpful and offered me to change my room.

Good overall, close to everything and very friendly and helpful staff. But important to point out you may have some geckos visiting the room and in rare times being noisy. Monkeys may walk around by night making some noise but it was pleasant to watch from the window. So it depends on the personal tastes here.

The bathroom a little mould from humidity, pool needs a little more filtration to get it cleaner. Service lady staff members at restaurant part for breakfast and tea, were not the friendliest, little bit rude, unlike the garden staff who were very nice.

The gardens were beautiful, rooms nice, ground staff lovely, pool was okay, breakfast okay, monkeys entertaining!

The pool could do with more of a clean. When coming out of the pool I had green on me from the sides of the walls. We also experienced the drains smelling both in the shower and the toilet rooms.

Although just off the main road the property had a really nice jungle/ authentic feel to it. Really beautiful place. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool was really nice to use on chilled days.
