Everything was perfect!

The house is absolutely stunning and exactly what you need to have a very relaxed environment. The shining highlight of this house is Wastini, the personal chef, concierge and housekeeper who was an absolute mother for us during the entire stay. She cooks amazing meals, takes care of everything from laundry to arranging scooters. She made the stay the highlight of our trip in Bali. With a big smile and lots of love she managed to surprise us every time. From the moment you wake up until you go to bed she is there to have a chat and make you smile. We will definitly be back! Next to that, the house is located at a perfect spot, away and hidden from the business but close enough to visit lots of nice stuff like the beach or mountain villages.

The deck around the pool need some repair.

Stunning few. The property is perfectly designed in a mixture of traditional and modern aspects surrounded by a beautiful garden with infinity pool overlooking the vast valley. This place is unique and a must have on a Bali trip. Thanks to Wastini we had the most enjoyable time at this peaceful place. Thank you so much for everything. Room for improvement: 1. shower gel and shampoo quality needs to improve. There was no lather at all. Providing basic toiletries would be nice. 2. Air con in my room (in the front, right next to pool) was only blowing room temperature air - perhaps need to add coolant. 3. The 4th room is small for 2 persons and have no windows. The villa should be described as having 3 double bedrooms and 1 single room.

Spacious, elegant, tranquil, open view with Mt Agung in the back. Everything you could ask for in a private villa. It's even got two pools in the villa and separate outdoor spa room. Our private cook Wastini did an excellent job.

The location have to be pass the small path and not comfortable road, so it is not fit for whom arrived after sunset like me.

Wide space with good decoration. Nyoman, my butler is so polite and good service mind.

However our first night was difficult as the ACs were not working effectively. These i feel should be upgraded for what you pay to stay here, however Wastini did provide a fan which helped improve our sleep. The property advertisement should state, that call to pray starts at 4 am which disrupted our sleep and upon booking got the impression we were getting two rooms but ended up sharing 1 room.

Beautiful stunning and well kept property! We were blown away by the view and setting, Wastini is a great cook and prepared amazing dishes throughout our time.
