I traveled with my daughter and had a pleasant stay thanks to a committed and professional team. We felt at home. Positive points: clean hotel, far from the mosque, close to the beach, good and substantial breakfast, 2 beautiful pools and a cat!

We stayed here for 4 weeks, and couldn't be happier with our stay. The room was spacious, the bed was unusually comfortable for a hotel. The room was (as specified) outfitted with both a small fridge and water boiler, essential things when staying with a baby for an extended period. The two pool areas were sizable, shaded and highly enjoyable, for the entire family. The owners and staff are amazing, truly going the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable (we're very grateful for all your help). The breakfast offers a pretty wide variety of options. The establishment also offers bike rentals (the primary mode of transportation on Gili Air), which was very convenient. In short, the place is full service, and we had an amazing stay. It's also located on the north side, which is both close to some nice restaurants on the northeastern beach, and (especially if you're there during Ramadan, like us) fairly far from the mosque and prayer calls.

What an amazing place! Everything was perfect and great value for money! The breakfast was great, very generous portions and a lot of variety, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were amazing and well maintained and the pool area is gorgeous and peaceful. It's 2min walking from the beach. If I ever go back to Gili Air I would definitely stay here again.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful resort, well kept and close to the beach in the North. We were there during Ramadan, and the resort was far enough for the mosque not to be too loud. Lovely food, too.

Sometimes with heavy rain the bathroom was a bit crowded with rain. The bathrooms have (as usual in these countries) no roof and with heavy rain, the bathroom was wet. But there was also a big closet which was dry. So all good.

This place on Gili Air is really outstanding. First I was worried because there were so less reviews and so well. We extended over and over again so in the end we staid there for almost three weeks. The rooms in the first floor had perfect Wifi (to work remote) and were less crowded with Mosquitos (compared to other hotels with bungalows). The staff and the hotel owners are just amazing. The breakfast especially the pancakes were SO good. You could also rent the bikes there at the place. They were so helpful in everything, even in organizing my boyfriends birthday. The room was nice and they improved it a lot while our stay, as they opened just two weeks before. You can walk in 5 min to the beach - and the more quiet area. The outdoor bed is also pretty chill. It was a very great stay and we would always come back again. The value for money is insane good.

We had a great stay at Villa Tahid. The property and rooms are beautiful and such amazing value! Our room was really spacious and very comfortable with a terrace complete with day bed right next to the pool. The staff were lovely and breakfast was fab! The location is only a few minutes walk from the beach and also very close to the main central road with loads of restaurant options. Would recommend getting a bike for anyone staying on Gili Air - So quick and convenient to get around and it ensures you easily see all of the island.

Villa Tahid was the highlight of my trip to Indonesia. A wonderful place—cozy, well-maintained—offering European standards with an Indonesian touch. Great attention to detail, a welcome smoothie, and fresh flowers made for a warm reception. The service was exceptional, and the breakfasts were delicious and very filling. Additionally, Villa Tahid was incredibly helpful in preparing a surprise engagement for my friends, arranging flowers and candles. A truly amazing place with wonderful people.

The shower! Very little pressure. It is very hard to regulate the temperature. The shower head was not far enough out, so you kept hitting the tap.

When we were enjoying the sun from the poolside at Vila Tahid, we already wanted to express and share our very positive feelings towards this place. Run by 2 great owners and very friendly staff, our stay has been made perfect especially because of this place. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and were helped a lot. From a welcome drink to a Valentine’s Day gesture, they arranged everything. We would highly recommend to go to this place and would love to come back to enjoy gili air the best way possible!

I put 9 stars only because of the few points which can be improved: 1. Wifi in our room was very slow... The internet on the island tends to be slower, but unfortunately in our room it was barely working. 2. The lighting in the room can be improved, during the night it was too dark. I understand it might be the romance of a bungalow, but it was hard finding your stuff. If these minor issues would be improved, this hotel will deserve 15 out of 10.

We really enjoyed out stay in this beautiful hotel. It all starts with the lovely staff, who meets you with a smile and ensures you have everything to feel comfortable. The bungalows are new, very clean and cozy. The location is super close to the beach, bars and restaurants. They offer a bike rental for a good price, as well as delicious breakfast and free water refill. My partner had a birthday during our stay and the staff congratulated him in a such a nice and cute manner! We had our room decorated with flowers and a complementary cake... We prolonged our stay once or twice and the team again was nice and accomodating, trying to meet our needs. I feel sorry we didn't ask names of everyone who works there, but I want to say thank you so much for your warmth to all the team members! We will definitely return and recommend this place to friends.

Due to the rain the outside bathroom is not always so convenient

We had a wonderful stay here. The family is really warm and welcomes you with open arms. They provide a really delicious breakfast every morning! They offer bycicle renting and they will literally arrange anything for you! They were super helpful with all the boat info / tickets. Everything you need is provided. The bathroom had always warm water and good water pressure. Beds are really comfortable! We had a power out on the island and because of the rain we could not go out for dinner so they arranged to call for everyone in the hotel delivery food & they even brought it to our room 🥰
