I would say is there is a slight damp smell in the room but this says nothing about the cleanliness as it was very clean and the cleaning staff were very attentive. I stayed when the rain was really heavy and the Wi-Fi did cut out for sometimes up to 6 hours a day but I don’t think they could’ve done anything about that as it was out of their control. Unless you don’t mind a 40 minute walk into the centre of Kuta, you do need a scooter as it’s not near much but that didn’t bother me at all, in fact I liked how it felt a little secluded. It’s very easy to get to with no beaten up path!

I personally loved this property. I stayed in a single room with a shared bathroom and it cost me £16 a night, which I think is very good considering you can get some hostels dorms for more than that in Thailand. The beds were extremely comfortable probably the most comfortable beds I slept on in my six months of travelling! The breakfast was 10 out of 10. I couldn’t believe it was included in the price.

I stayed in the solo small rooms and they are very very tiny with bright light coming in from outside. But for the money you pay is a good deal

I loved the pool area and breakfast area where you can make new friends. The food is very good and the people are nice! I also liked how close it is to all the restaurants (5m by scooter) and you don't get the loud noise from the mosques

My room was in the 2nd floor and the steps were bit of dangerous especially during rain.

Everything was nice! Room was as in the pictures, hotel area was beautiful and restaurant was good. I loved the location! It was near enough everything but still in quiet area.

We had an upper floor balcony all to ourselves, three separate single bed rooms, and a shared bathrooms between the the of us. We thought it was a very good value and the staff/grounds were very nice.

The bathroom had bad smell. The room seemed a little dirty and the sheets had stains on them. When we checked out, they charged us one coffee although we paid right away for everything we drank at the bar.

The bed was really comfortable. The location is good.

The cleaning of the sheets and the room needs improvement. The replacement of the mattress would be necessary. Additionally, I suggest you have earplugs for the most sensitive to noise. Breakfast is very simple. I did not use the pool but it looks quite small.

People are extremely nice, ready to help. The place itself is very well maintained and green as in the pictures.

The location is far. You need a motorbike. I already knew it, but flagging here just in case. Also, found the staff was friendly but not helpful. The two times I went to the reception to ask about the tours list they would provide (as it was advertised online they would help with that) I was received very vague information and it seemed the ladies didn't know stuff or it was language barrier (didn't feel the Lady was fluent in English). It was confusing that I just ended up checking on my own

I like the option to have a single room in a hostel budget. The sharing bathroom worked very well for when I was there. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast

Very comfortable room, calm and relaxing. the shared bathroom was easily accessible and very clean. My stay in village Lombok was very enjoyable and relaxing. Breakfast was very good and the staff is nice and welcoming

On a street that is very quiet and dark at night. Plan to eat dinner at the property if you don’t have a motorbike, or you can visit the Tomato Warung across the street for something simple.

Very cute property that caters to Western aesthetic. Kind and helpful staff, and good restaurant onsite. Great place for solo female travellers who want a quiet spot to rest. The all day supply of free Lombok coffee that you make yourself was a nice touch. Also enjoyed having oatmeal as an option for the included breakfast!

Showers where, unfortunatelly, very weak. No pressure at all.

Beautiful double room. Specious. The pool is just lovely. Quiet, enough privacy. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, so is the owner. You can book a (private) surflesson, as well as other activities. Jen was a very good teacher. You can also rent a scooter here, during your stay. O yeah, breakfasts are GOOD!

The only downside is that my room only had usb charging inside - this was fine for me as I had a usb cable but maybe a plug would be better in future :)

Lovely room, amazing breakfast and really welcoming and helpful owners. The resto and pool area is really relaxing, rooms are comfortable and bathroom really clean. Scooter rental was easy and it is located really close to the centre and easy ride to all beaches.

1. The staff was not really available. I went to the reception three times to ask for the laundry service but there was never anyone at the reception. So I ended up not doing laundry since I never got to speak to anyone. 2. There was no electrical outlets in my room. The only place to charge my phone was outside my room.

Sadly a practice I discovered on day three here. They fumigate the entire outside area with a very noxious smelling chemical spray to kill the mosquitos. I accept that this is for the benefit of us travellers but I wonder if it targets all small insects in the vicinity and maybe gekhos and the like too? As a concerned citizen for the environment I feel conflicted on this, as it was appreciated not to contend with the mosquitos!

If you're after peace and quiet then this is the perfect place. There's not much happening here, it is socially very quiet. I chose it as there are six single rooms for single travellers. At the age of fifty eight I didn't feel like trying the hostel option and single travelers are so often financially penalised for booking a double room. So this option was very much appreciated. The rooms are tiny but are comfortable and clean. There are also some individual, wood double cabins, which look lovely. The staff are very helpful and their simple breakfast menu tasty. The pancake was the best I had in Indonesia. The communal spaces have been nicely thought-out, with a small but pretty courtyard garden and pool. The designers have managed to cram a lot into a very small plot, so it doesn't have the spacious feel of other places with bigger gardens, but overall a nice place.
