The breakfast could have been better. They tried to create an a la crate experience but the reality is that the options are kind of limited and don’t work well for breakfast. With a stay larger than 3 nights you start to get a little repetitive on the options. A suggestion would be to provide more options or have a buffet for the breakfast.

The hotel was perfect. Every detail has been thought of to provide the best experience possible. Liked everything.

Pretty much liked everything. It was a little bit above our got it you get what you pay for.

Very peaceful accommodation away from the crowded tourist areas. Beautiful gardens and facilities. Beautiful friendly service. Gorgeous room with pool. place you wish to not have to move around too much and looking at just kicking back and relaxing.

The mattress was not boxspring style or with a topper on top. For our taste a bit too hard (or not thick enough) and not long enough for European standards. Water in the shower was not running through in the sewer and the big showerhead inside and outside was not working (only hand shower). The road to the hotel is not finished so the last part of your taxi ride is bumpy.

The staff is very friendly that was a big plus. The bungalow is nice decorated, very comfortable and the size not too big or too small. The private pool is really private and spacious with a good terrace. Nice bath inside for 2. Safe also nice big for laptop.

There wasn't much that we didn't like actually.

We chose the resort because it was close to a wedding we were attending and woah what a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing, the villa was so comfortable, clean. We had a 1 bedroom pool villa with ocean view, granted the view is very distant but the villa itself was very spacious and so comfortable. Water temperature and pressure in the shower and bath were both top notch and because we were celebrating, they even went above and beyond and created a I love you in the bathtub with rose petals which was so so sweet. We also got 30 mins complimentary massage too! The spa was not the best but reasonable for the price. The breakfast was so so yum. Shocked at how delicious the food was despite only having one kitchen, we were very impressed with food standard. Highly recommend!

Something to note is that the location of the resort it quite far away from everything. It's perfect if you want to get away from civilisation for a bit, but if you want to go into town during the day you'll have to keep that daily travel time in mind. Grab (Uber in Bali) is hard to get at the resort because it is further out. Also keep in mind that there are Gekos in the villa's because of the high ceilings and humid weather. It's not like a modern hotel room where they won't be able to get in.

Absolutely gorgeous resort! The staff were so friendly! I travelled by myself but felt so welcomed and safe in the resort because of the staff's hospitality. The food in the restaurant was incredible! Really enjoyed it and the included breakfast was also lovely. There are a few options to choose from so that's great :) I also really enjoyed the pool area. I was there by myself most of the days so got to enjoy the pool and sun bed's fully!

No complaints as it was perfection

What an amazing and unique place to stay. We had a fantastic 3 day stay. We felt very privileged to stay and enjoy the resort and surrounding area. We enjoyed the trip to Tanah Lot organised by the hotel. They also organised a cycling trip which we enjoyed a lot - thanks to our guide. He took us to a village where we had morning tea with the King’s brother and wife - they were charming and showed us around a 4 ha temple. We watched a wedding from the restaurant which was in a fairy tale setting. The food was wonderful along with the spa treatment.

The food for such place is a bit fine but must be better alot. The only thing i dont like is turning off the private pool filters in an early time in which the pool become full of insects. And to me i like to swim at night.

I like this place i visited it a year ago and i went again this week i love it for relaxation. I recommend the spa there they are excellent and professional.

for a 10days stay, the menu list is a bit limited the gym could provide better equipment the beach is "wild" ( dirty )

We had a mix up with our hotel pickup from the airport. When we arrived at the hotel they fully covered our taxi and gave us a room upgrade which was very much appreciated.
