The only part of the entire resort that we found to be a slight negative was that the pool, although beautiful, was under the shade of the trees all day, and as a result was really cold given the tropical temperatures outside. This would not be a problem if someone wanted to swim lengths of the pool, but not so much for guests wanting to take a casual dip.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the staff and given a delicious welcome drink while we checked in. Our luggage was taken to our room for us as our room was located on the lower ground floor a short walk from reception. Our room could only be described as WOW! There are some "high end" hotel chains that do not even compare to it.. the bed was enormous and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was beautifully presented and was well stocked with essentials like shampoo and conditioner, along with little extras like a vanity kit which was replenished every day where needed. A nice extra touch was that the TV can stream Netflix/Prime which made it feel even more homely when chilling out after dinner with a film. The resort included breakfast every morning which could not be faulted, as you are presented with a fresh platter of fruit and a basket of baked goods, as well as getting to choose an additional breakfast item which is freshly made for you. Similarly, although not included on our stay, the lunch and dinner menu was just as appealing, and the portions were huge given the very reasonable prices. Weda Cita was a fantastic base for exploring Ubud, and we hope to come back in the future, and will be highly recommending the resort to anyone who comes to Bali in the future.

Such a beautiful hotel in Ubud. The rooms are stunning, the staff are so lovely and very helpful, you’re a short walk away from plenty of restaurants and things to do! We enjoyed the breakfast and laying by the pool and loved our stay here

We didn’t have a ironing board in the room

The room layout was spacious. The bathroom is very nice and open also clean, the bed was comfortable and large. Best of all we stayed in the room right outside the pool so the mornings were beautiful. Also the staff were very very friendly and helpful.

the location is a little far from town so driving a scooter or getting on the back of a grab makes it easier.

the 1 bedroom villa was stunning! the service from every team member was phenomenal, from the reception team who recommended places to visit, the breakfast staff and the housekeeping team.

We didn't like leaving!

A stunning, luxurious and authentically Balinese hotel, small enough to feel like a boutique hotel, but big enough to have all the facilities one could wish for. Beautifully traditionally Balinese decorated hotel within easy walking distance of a local traditional village and only 25 minutes walk from Ubud centre (if you prefer to walk rather than use the free shuttle service). The best part, however, is the staff. Unfailingly polite and helpful, and always smiling.

Property looked great, pool was very nice, room was very clean and beautiful. Staff was very helpful. Location close to center, especially if rent a bike it is very close. Walking doesn’t take long either, but not the most comfortable due to traffic and roads. Shuttle service to center was available one way.

The only thing which posed a little bit of difficulty for us was that although this accommodation is only a very short distance from Ubud Palace and Market, the traffic congestion sometimes meant our taxi home was close to 30 minutes.

Weda Cita was a delightful place to stay! The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was beautiful and restful and fun to hang out at. Best of all, the staff were super friendly, genuine and helpful. Breakfasts were lovely also.

The property was excellent although can be slightly shaded at times.

The staff were all amazing from the reception staff who did all they could to make your stay enjoyable, friendly and helpful and caring. The Spa was excellent value for money. Mery and the staff provided great treatments. The catering staff provided the best freshly cooked breakfast we had all holiday and the cleaning staff did a great job making sure our room was of a very high standard. What a great resort this is. Short taxi ride from the busy Main Street also.

Very well hidden from the main road but didn’t find it an issue with Grab Taxis

Breathtaking and beautiful, authentic Balinese hotel in Ubud!!! The photos do not do this hotel justice. Myself and my sister stayed here for only two nights before she embarked on her yoga teacher training. Wish we had longer. On arrival you receive and refreshing drink, the rooms are huge, facilities and bath overlooking the pool area is amazing. Balcony’s are fantastic for waking up have your coffee and hearing the waterfalls or jungle animals in the nighttime. Staff could not do enough and the breakfast ordered from a menu was gorgeous!!!! Choices of juices, coffees, selection of breads and main. Grab taxi was super efficient for us getting around and came straight outside the hotel. Thank you Weda Cita Resort, we will be back again one day!!!

location is on the edge of Nyuh Kuning village on the other side of the monkey forest. Sage cafe is a 2 minute walk and Mothers cafe 8 mins, Mothers was amazing

What can I say. The location and the staff captured my heart. They were so kind and polite and the grounds were gorgeous. Away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud town in beautiful gardens. No request was a problem. Such lovely people and definitely a home away from home. We will return. Thank you for all your effort.
