The staff are so helpful and friendly. The location is so strategic. It closes to the market, and restaurants! Surprisingly they have sauna , ice bath and in the bedroom they have desk and chair for work. Would definitely recommend this to people who come for holidays and working

The down side side is they dont serve breakfast at the place. the bathrooms are also very small and the the layout causes the toilet seat and surrounding to get wet when you show . hanging space for clothes in the room is limited. The iron also needs to be upgraded to something that generates abit more heat.

Excellent staff, clean . Sauna was well maintained and the ice bath clean. the pool was the perfect size to cool off in and the deck chairs added to the comfort.

Pool wasn’t clean and the sun loungers were in poor condition. There were no blackout curtains in the room to cover the sunlight coming in from the bathroom window. Even though it’s out of Zenden’s control, the rooster and dog next door kept me awake every night from 02:00 until late morning.

There was a massive cockroach in my room, and it's clearly because the construction on the property is unfinished. There are holes in the floors all over the room which can easily be filled (especially under the shower, which is a very obvious place for roaches to live). The room was not ready for guests to stay in, and they really need to finish construction before opening it up to guests. Outside of this issue, it was a lovely property with comfy beds and great staff!

Location is a little quite but close enough to anything you need on a scooter.

I arrived to the Zenden at 2am as my flight was delayed. The staff made sure there was somebody there to check me in and make me feel welcome. I was able to extend my stay easily as I enjoyed it so much. Down the smaller things.. the shower pressure and bathroom cleanliness was amazing. Bed was very comfy with lots of pillows and the air conditioning was great!! Ice bath and sauna was a great touch

Delivery to the hotel was difficult because it doesn’t show up on google maps properly and could be confused with another property at a different location with the same name.

Nice find! I liked the sauna and cold plunge. Decent location within driving distance to all that Canguu has to offer but not walking distance to things. Nice desk.

The aesthetic of the accommodation was simple but beautiful. I love how they have used wood as the major design fesuture. I choose it because it was a good price and for the sauna and ice bath. Amazing staff and super helpful with taking care of us! They went out of their way to help us deal with many things and were the greatest! 24 hour staff at the place makes you feel very safe and made sure we got up to make our early flight!

new hotel, it was difficult to find the location at first, but the staff was helpful. It was an expensive stay in terms of price performance. You can have a much more elegant stay for this price.

The location of the hotel is very good. A desk is useful for remote work. Since the hotel was new, everything was useful.
