Great traditional Irish breakfast. Lots of choices for breakfast. They were very accommodating to our requests, including an early breakfast for my husband who had to leave early to golf nearby. They also allowed us to check out an hour later. All in all a pleasant stay.

The bed could have been in better condition; it was pretty old and you could feel the springs, but we still got a good nights sleep

The hotel and above all the room has seen its better days. Furniture was old and used, carpet did not look much clean, view on the parking lot, small bath. We did not order breakfast, then cannot comment.

That we could book at the very last moment room with 2 single beds. comfortable clean beds. Electric kettle to make tea and coffee.

The room was small, and the beds were a bit soft and lumpy, though not bad by any means. The location was also a bit too far from the bus stop to get into town conveniently.

The lounge was very cozy, with nice ambiance and access to a bar that you could use yourself if you choose to bring your own drinks.

The room for three people is not very spacious, but cozy. It was clean in the room. I especially want to say about the hostess - polite, sociable, attentive to guests. When we rested in the living room, the hostess kindled a fireplace for us, which greatly added comfort to our rest. The breakfast is good.

The house is beautiful, but it does need some extra loving in the form of some renovation. The showers are small and the waterpressure too low.

The hostess really made our stay a succes. She is so friendly and helpfull. And the location is awesome! Such a beautiful area! And of course, The Ring of Kerry!

The shower was a bit small. The carpet was a little firm and spotted in our room. The bathroom was unfinished but functioned. (No threshold covering or baseboards.) Being on busy road it was a little noisy, but we opened our window so likely others would not be bothered by that…I always carry earplugs so it wasn’t an issue for me when sleeping. It is not within walking distance of more than one pub…and the walk isn’t really too nice as you are on a busy street with a speed limit of 80kph and a narrow sidewalk. One could drive to the pub and town is a short drive if you wanted to try a different one on night two.

The woman who owns the guesthouse was very nice and always helpful when we had questions. The common area was very pleasant and in the evenings there was always a nice fire in the fireplace so it was very cozy. Right across the road is a beautiful walking/biking path. The breakfast was yummy. Ample parking!

We lived in the room near to the main road and it’s quite noisy during night.

The host was really nice and helpful. And we all loved the breakfast. Room was small but cosy. The garden’s beautiful.

The rooms are not really well noise insulated, you can hear your neighbors even not really noisy. The breakfast is average.

The hotel staff is very dedicated, and the location is nice. The room and bathroom are very clean.
