Lovely place , nice bar food and breakfast - great traditional live music also on Sunday evening, location is fabulous for hiking - staff friendly and welcoming

    Nothing!

Wow this place was amazing! Large and comfortable family room overlooked the sheep grazing in the fields behind our room, which delighted the kids. The restaurant served delicious food. The family-run staff was so friendly! At night they had live music which was such a treat! We had drinks at the bar and met such nice people!

Perfect in every way. Couldn’t fault!

Exceptional b&b. Everywhere was spotless. Lovely Family run place with great Guinness & a superb group called ‘Na Francaigh’ playing on Sunday night. Muiris & Aileen are Superb hosts. Muiris is a Mine if information on the area & where to go walking or hiking & what to see. Very near Cuas which is a great place for a picnic. Locals in the pub are lovely & will speak Irish to anyone who has the ‘Cupla focal’. Both sheepdogs on the premises understand Irish also. Highly recommend this place & really good food with Strawberries from the garden for breakfast.

This was our second stay in An Bothar and this time we made sure to book extra nights. It is a beautiful guesthouse in a lovely location. Our room was spotless, with clean towels everyday. We had a gorgeous view too! We loved the guest lounge, perfect for chilling in the evenings with our son and a cup of tea, looking out the lovely picture windows. The food was delicious and the family who run it are absolutely lovely! We enjoyed our stay so much and were so sad to leave. Extra points for the doggies and sheep ❤️ An Absolute gem of a place

Friendly staff and great restaurant. It’s about a 10 minute drive from Dingle but we liked staying away from town. We were able to get our laundry done there which was a big help. We enjoyed watching the cows and sheep from our window. Our daughter especially enjoyed the 2 working sheep dogs on the property!

This was not right in dingle but for our family it was perfect. We got to explore more of the Irish countryside and then drive into town for dinner.

Loved the feeling of history and culture, friendliness, and animals! Sheep, cows, and two dogs that were awesome. Not to mention a great pub built into the lodge and super yummy and fixing breakfast and really lovely family and staff there. I explored Brendan Creek while there and really loved that as well.

The walls are quite thin, but there wasn't any noise late at night, so this wasn't an issue for us. Our friends' room had a skylight that couldn't be closed, so the room was very bright early in the morning.

Great pub serving excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very modern, good size, very comfortable beds and modern, clean bathrooms. Our room had a nice view and was very comfortable. They made lunch packages for us as well, which was very convenient.

Lovely spacious, clean rooms with very comfy beds. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Both dinner and breakfast we’re absolutely gorgeous, better than any food we ate in Dingle or Killarney in bigger establishments. Would highly recommend staying here.

I really couldn't say, as we were very pleased with everything. My kids even had food in the pub in afternoon, and it was amazing, compared with other place we had been in Dingle for Lunch.

the breakfast was lovely and freshly made. plenty of choice for off menu foods. The beds are super comfortable and the view from rooms is simply amazing. There is a lovely lounge area where we spent out time relaxing and watching the most beautiful sunset. Highly recommended.
