The hostess was very helpful in suggesting places to visit. She knew I was going to visit the lighthouse and then go for a swim. She suggested a nearby beach with great views and swimming area. She even called in my order for take away food before I headed out for my adventures. The entire property is beautiful, modern, and clean. Great parking and central location to so many activities. The room was so spacious and beautifully furnished and equipped. The communal eating area was well stocked with teas and coffee as well. Huge modern and luxury bathroom. The entire property was first rate and gorgeous.

A little far to walk to eat, so I rode my motorcycle down. Only one choice in the village, but the food was excellent.

Very comfortable, felt like I had the place to myself. Bathroom was amazing. Host was awesome and accommodating with an extra request has a great view past the dairy to the ocean.

A Sean Teach is an exceptional property, it felt like being in a top rate hotel and the hosts were very welcoming. If ever I am in this part of Ireland again I will definitely try and book An Sean Teach

The Lady welcomed us very well, very kind and considerate, then explained the things to do and the special features of the place. The lighthouse is a magical place, very enchanting, the cliffs surround it.

We shared a bathroom with another couple. The location is ideal for a family visitng for the weekend and sharing two rooms.

Stunning location. Joanne was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions of what to experience nearby! Very reasonbly priced. It was modern, super clean and spacious! The location is ideal with the proximity to Loop head lighthouse, the Long dock restaurant and pub in Carrigaholt and The Bridges of Ross. The self served breakfast had lots of great fruit and nice breads.

Bookin.com and Google maps gave different locations to the property but after messaging Joanne at AnSean Teach we soon found it

I kid you not, my stay and experience at An Sean Teach made this part of my month-and-a-half-long ventures across Scandinavia, Europe, UK, and Ireland one of my top two favorites and most unforgettable. I have fallen asleep reliving this space ever since. John and Joanne went out of their way on multiple occasions, before and during my stay, to make it cozy, restorative, and memorable for a lifetime. I still cannot believe that this was the second-cheapest (but best located) option on the loophead peninsula... or that the cheaper of the two room options--without a bathroom attached--turned out to have a bed, and bathroom fit for royalty!!! Needless to say, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! THANK YOU SO MUCH, John and Joanne!!!

Joanne and John were perfect hosts. The facilities were top class; two bedrooms with Jack and Jill en-suite, kitchen and very large main bathroom. The location is perfect, just a short drive to Loop Head Lighthouse and a short walk to the local pub. Loop Head itself is beautiful with fantastic views and scenery that is as good as anywhere in Ireland. Joanne was so helpful with her time and gave us some excellent recommendations for things to do and see and places to eat. John kindly drove me to collect my car the following morning at the restaurant we had been to in Carrigaholt. If you are visiting the area The Long Dock in Carrigaholt is well worth a visit with each of our party of four really enjoying what was on offer.

There wasn't a single thing about this property that we didn't like. We got everything we needed and then some. I would not hesitate to come back here again if I was in the area.

Joanne was the sweetest host I have ever had! It felt like she was willing to go out of her way all the time to give us the best vacation possible. We originally were planning to get there by taxi, but she informed us that the Local Link bus could drop us off very close to the property for a fraction of the cost and she even offered to pick us up with our luggage at the bus stop so we wouldn't have to walk! Joanne even offered to drive us to the wedding we were attending the next day in the neighboring village, but our friends offered to pick us up instead in the end anyway. Basically we felt like she treated us like family. The property also had an absolutely gorgeous view from outside and our room and bathroom was in pristine condition. This really was the perfect place for us to stay!

We had a lovely stay at An Sean Teach, Joanne was so accommodating. The room was spacious and clean and she had a substantial continental breakfast for the morning in a private kitchen area for when we wanted to use it. Joanne was a very friendly lady and gave us some tips about exploring the area. The location was ideal, 5 minutes drive from the lighthouse and coastal walks. I would highly recommend An Sean Teach. Five stars!
