We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThey charge for a breakfast that was, literally, purchased next door at the SuperValu. It costs way less and is fresh at the store. The towel dryer was so hot that it would burn you if you touched it. We asked to have it turned down, but they didn't.

United StatesI did think it was a bit odd that there were dispensers for soap/shampoo/etc. in the shower and one on the bathroom sink for soap...and all of them were empty.
Very nice new place in a perfect location. Everything was brand new, and there was a grocery store right around the corner less than a minute away that was very convenient. Also very close to the shuttle stop. They were responsive to messages before I arrived and were willing to hold my bag when I came a few hours early to take advantage of the good weather and before the room was ready.
