The walls between rooms are thin so you hear everything . I had a couple at 11.30 having a conference call with usa the hotel didn't deal with it Correctly and the manager offered me Water as compensation also charged me for my friends breakfast even when the reception staff told me they would compensate for the noise as we Paid over 220 per night without breakfast. We are blonde but found hair near shower also If the manager had offered to refund the last night I may dispute with my credit card

The hotel is very central for walking around dublin The breakfast was expensive but very good apart from Service was slow and they forgot to bring items we ordered

I think it would be better if there was a member of staff in dining area stood at entrance door to ask for payment on way out instead at them asking at table were people were eating. Not a complaint just an idea. We had a lovely time. Patrick in dining room was lovely an very helpful.

The breakfast was average, high cost for the Sat evening not sure if that was related to the football game being played that weekend in Dublin.

Stylish fit out, rooms were large enough for 2 (non couple) travellers and it was about a 10 min walk to Grafton St.

Bit expensive for 1 night. Had to get staff to reset fuses to plugs on t room, by the time they arrived I had done it. Tripped a further time after that, suggested to front of house staff to check out electrics in the room. Parking was a fun event, about 10pm away is a secure carpark under some apartment block, there was a car lift in it, first on id ever seen, didn't try it but pafking was TIGHT and cost €15 a night, something they never mentioned on their blurb!! .

Room was brilliant and to be perfectly honest it was the best night's sleep I'd had in a hotel ever. Wife loves her coffee and after some struggling with the coffee maker made her a very nice cup of coffee. Bathroom was excellent with decent shower and all the mod cons you'd expect No outside noise that I heard and room doors closed quietly unlike in some other hotels where the room doors slam shut. Didn't have s meal there but brekky was more than adequate and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The only negative I can think of is the location, which could also be seen as a positive. it’s on the edge of everything which allows it to be within reach of everything without being loud or crowded. that said, it’s a bit of a walk to most of the sights and restaurants. Not too far, but a walk for sure.

Clean and well maintained property. The service was great and the breakfast was solid if not varied as much as we’d like.

Bedcovering rather heavy for summer. Window catch difficult to operate. Fire door opposite my room needed repair.

Good food in restaurant. Helpful staff. Nicely furnished room. Excellent shaving mirror.

Slightly dearer than other hotels I usually stay in and a little bit of a walk from the main shopping areas but these were only little downsides would t put me off coming back

this hotel is excellent in all ways. of special note is the quality of the customer service. the personnel were helpful and kind from the moment we arrived until way after we left, helping me solve a problem with lost luggage.
