United KingdomThe only thing I could fault was that there is no cheese board on the menu anymore. We always loved ordering it when we stayed.
Staff were absolutely lovely, couldn’t fault any of them! Very attentive and pleasant. We love coming here as it’s so relaxing. The hotel was spotless as usual. One thing I noticed was that they offer a gluten free section at the breakfast buffet which I really like, even though I did not require that option, but it was lovely to see. It’s the little things like providing shampoo in the leisure centre showers and plastic bags to put your wet clothes in when you forget your own that counts. Afternoon tea was absolutely gorgeous too. Shout out to your lovely stafff member, Natasha who was attentive and courteous and ensured we were well looked after. Take care of her she is a rare Gem .
