Despite being called a Bed and Breakfast, there was no breakfast available and that wasn't clear at booking. Website says tea making facilities are available in the room, but they weren't.

Heating didn’t work and plugs didn’t work .it was freezing , they clearly knew this and that’s why there was a heated blanket on the bed . We had no power to charge phones or dry hair , so yes the heated sheet didn’t work ! It was ice in the air .Emailed the place and rang twice no answer . Was a bank holiday and couldn’t get into the bar . Question for a half hour and gave up .

No tea coffee facities in room as advertised. When I asked about this in the bar, I was told to go to the cafe across the road. ( I am sure they had a kettle behind the bar )No offer of a mug of tea was made. When I called to ask about bed and breakfast, as it is described as a b & b, I was told yes. Upon arrival, I was told no food. Zero sleep possible, as trucks delivering approximately 800 -1000 kegs were outside from just after 6 am until after 7 am, banging crashing and preventing any sleep. Room very basic, do not expect much. Shower okay. The carpet was all stained and old. Weird rug like footer on bed. Reminded me of something you would see at your grans in the 50s. Not a mention of the 2 flights of stairs you need to drag the luggage up. Not on my 'to return to list' ....ever.

A lot of stairs and one key was finicky. Keg delivery in addition to garbage pickup was very loud. Loved all the live music, eateries, and stores.

Please keep in mind that this is accommodation is in the centre of an Irish town. Bring earplugs as live music could be heard until late. I didn't expect any less and was prepared, as you should be. Slept like a baby

Our room was right over the front door of the pub. Very noisy at night, and early in the morning when the road cleaners are out. Walls of room were paper thin. No tea or coffee facilities in room. For the price we paid for 2 nights it was disappointing.

The bed was comfortable. The staff were outstanding. Right in the center of the town.

Location was perfect right in the town centre, check in easy no any hassle just picked up keys in the pub on ground floor. Room was tidy and clean, shower was clean, water warm and on good pressure. Nothing to complain about.

The customer service! They have no guide book or write up. No briefing when checking in. Not given wifi password, went back to get it. It did not work. Bar man said his does so ours should, he tried it and it didn’t work. 3 WiFi’s only one reaches the room. Said I can’t help you and that was it. We found out by trial and error the next night that the one WiFi that reaches are room is a different password but a variation of the others. Woke up next morning to a shower that didn’t work. Tried everything I could see, messaging host but never replied ever to any of my request for help. Washed in sink but no hand towels only 1 big one. Later in the afternoon found a small string hanging from a box on the wall near the ceiling way outside the shower. My tall husband saw it. Took a chance and pulled and the power to the shower now lite up. Oh and the liquor delivery showed up at 630 to unload kegs for about an hour and a half. Bad timing on the nights we stayed. Silly would be minor things that all they needed was a guide book or a briefing on check in or a sign. I can’t be the only one having this trouble especially if he keeps giving out the wrong password. There was no customer service at all. Gave you the key, took your money and done with you.

The wifi did not work, which was problematic for our college-aged daughter who was trying to do homework.

Charlie Foley's was right in the heart of Killarney - we walked everywhere. It was very quiet and well-kept, despite its location.
