We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandThe drain in the shower was nearly blocked and it was flooded with water while I took a shower. Also there was a clear peeping sound near the bed, I called a staff member and he could hear it too but couldn't tell what it was or how to stop it, and it was annoying as we tried to sleep, also it raised privacy concerns as to what was peeping?!
The location was great and very close to the ocean and the cliffs of Moher, and staff were very friendly and courteous.

IrelandMy friend and I both agreed the front reception lady must have been having a bad day as she appeared slightly annoyed answering questions of which I didn’t have many. I must stress this was on our departure morning. Check in was friendly it was a bit an unfriendly on check out. For over $200 for one night it was a bit over priced for what was offered. There is no workout room, no breakfast available, and no A/C or fans in the room.
I liked the big spacious and clean room. It was quiet and comfortable. The parking was right outside which can be a challenge in Ireland. There was a bar inside the hotel which was comfortable and although I am not a drinker it was very comfortable and classy. The hotel is a short drive from the cliffs of Moher and away from the busy tourist areas.
