Shower is a bit small for a plus sized person to use. particularly the shower door, it’s a bit of a squeeze getting in.

The beds are pretty comfy. The bedding isn’t the best and the top bunks are a bit difficult to climb. The property was clean and safe. The energy and vibes of the place is great. Nice daily events listed. Cleaning staff does a great job.

lovely! everyone has their pods with lights, poorer outlets, shelf, curtain for privacy, and locker. everything was very clean and the common area is enjoyable both for working and for socializing. totally recommend

Elevator :D it takes time for it to stop and open the doors. But that’s a small thing. No big deal, just funny.

The location is perfect! Staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. Hotel and room was fresh and clean. Bunkbed was comfortable and private with the curtains.

The last time I stayed in there the guests could use the kitchen, now the guests can’t use anything, I had bought food cause the last time I could heat up but now it’s closed.

It wasn’t a very inclusive environment. The staff did not facilitate travelers to mingle. The common areas became a place where travelers just stared at their phones. People aren’t naturally just going to start conversation. It is up to the staff to help their patrons break the ice.

I enjoyed my stay in the Clink i Lár, people at the reception and canteen are very friendly and helpful, there’s plenty of nice common spaces to chill out in, the bed is comfortable and I had everything I needed for a good one night rest.

Hard to identify an improvement area

The plug socket and light in my bunk did not work. I did raise the issue with staff and they said they would fix it but it wasn’t fixed. The room and the bathroom/shower room weren’t overly clean and never seemed to be cleaned.

The bathrooms were a little dirty the whole time, but it was nothing serious.

The location was great near downtown Dublin. The price was very good for what was included.

The beds were terrible. I’m a side sleeper, so my hip ached all week. The hallway carpets were filthy. Bag storage was an absolute racket.

The beds weren't the most comfortable, but they were comfortable enough to get a full night sleep in.

The location of this hostel was perfect, just a few minute walk to the Temple Bar area. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful. It was nice being able to pay a small fee to check in early after a long night of traveling. Everything was very clean and you can't beat the price for the location.

The only minus I would say is that there was no towel included, but it really is not a big deal, as all else was good.

Got a room with a “double” bed. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing. It was not even a mattress. The springs of the box spring were sticking into our back all night. And it was two twin beds pushed together. The pillows were as flat as paper. No tv in the room no cups for water. No double locks. People ran in the hallways from 1-4:30 am. Couldn’t see out the windows because they were matted out. It felt like we were in a jail cell. Had a second night booked (which they stated we couldn’t cancel) and paid for another room somewhere else. Could not deal with another night at Clink. Don’t stay here you will not get your money back and you will leave with kinks in your whole body. Also asked the reception for extra comforter and pillows but they never gave us any.

There was brown stains on the walls. the bed was not made to a good standard considering the price I had to pay for one night there was no air conditioning and the window did not open and the room was so warm me and my friend got a rash from either the water or the body wash provided there was no shampoo in the shampoo bottle they provide and when we were leaving the elevator was not working and me and friend had to walk down 9 flights off stairs with a suitcase and a heavy gear bag

One girl at reception was very nice but that’s all that was nice about our stay

The staff suffers a bit of paranoia - I was controlled twice like a thief.

For any reason the hostel try to create a pub atmosphere but the music is too loud from the afternoon until late hours, so is annoying if you are trying to relax in the common areas or have a deal. In my experience, the room was very closed without ventilation. It's very unconfortable knowing how many dirty people go to sleep there. The bunk bed have light and plugs but in my bed this was not worked ( I notified ).

The bathroom, rooms, lobby and common areas was cleaned. The location is in city center.
