Not one of the worst hotel staff I have ever seen in my life, all of them. They are not helpful at all, they talk as if they are going to beat me, they know that the sockets in the beds do not work, they give me a power bank and let me go. When I wanted to change the bed or change the room, they said it was impossible. They act like it is a problem you created, even though it is their own fault in a 10-storey building. Saying that the bar in the lobby is closed, the hotel staff and their friends sit and drink for 2 hours.

Too noisy and rowdy and many bed curtains were torn to rags defeating the purpose of privacy. Also the place is not easily accessible by phone as only a uk number is given for contact.

The socket didn’t have power and the little lamp didn’t work neither. I asked for the reception for changing my room, they did change it, but the new one still doesn’t work.

Breakfast was nice and the bed is quite comfortable.

Bedside plug/usb/light not working (apparently for the whole building) was quite a big issue for me. They offered mini power banks but these rarely worked so bring your own.

I don't know Ireland regulations but the bar closes early. I also hate that the kitchen closes early and you cannot cook food if you are late. I think the kitchen should be accessible 24/7.

I loved the and the staff. It's a clean place to be and I enjoyed the fact that you can cook your own food. I slept in a mixed, self-contained room and it was awesome.

The staff was super sweet and de vibes were so fun! Everything was super clean and the beds were so nice. You had a little curtain for your bunkbed so you had a lot of privacy. The hostel was located in the middle of the centre. Overall a super good experience!

No electricity provided in the room! To charge your devices you have to go to the lobby. And the staff refuse any change of room and said “electricity is not included in the amenities”. This is extremely inconvenient and it is not mentioned at all during booking. If I’d known I’d never book with this hostel. I feel scammed.

Uncomfortable room. Unable to open the window for fresh air. The door lock was broken on the inside so unable to lock while sleeping. We were on the 8th floor which I’m not sure whether this is the reason for loud whistling noises (sounded like a flute playing each night) coming from the bathroom, whether this was due to wind or the weather, but made it very difficult to sleep at night. Very uncomfortable mattress, thin, rock solid and couldn’t lie on them without having springs dig into you. We had one very thin pillow each, we requested two more which were brought to the room but took a long time. I understand it’s a hostel but when you pay hotel prices for a private double bedroom you expect better quality, two single mattresses pushed together to make a double which were awful quality, I’m glad we only stayed two nights, after the first we looked into a different hotel. Room was very very basic. Place to hang clothes on a rail but NO coat hangers! Arrived half an hour before check in and reception stated that the room was very dirty and still being cleaned, understandable however when arriving at the room, the cleaning standards were low and didn’t to appear to have been cleaned as recent as they said, dust and hair from other people in the bathroom and shower and on the floor which wasn’t pleasant. Two small shower towels provided with the room, however no hand towel for when you’ve been to the toilet. We expected someone to come in and change the towels between each day as there was only the one each, this never happened, not even a little clean/wipe down/make bed even though there were cleaners on the floor outside our door when leaving for the day.

Good location, close to city centre and all the pubs, slight walk to attractions but easy enough to hop on a bus or tram by the hostel if wanting to. They had lockers in the basement available to hire for €5 each to keep luggage safe when checking out, this was handy for us to be able to carry on our day before a late flight so we didn’t have to carry bags with us all day.

It's not kind of Social Hostel. They kinda monetize everything. Like bottom bunk, pay extra. This, pay extra, that, pay extra.

We arrived an hour before we could check in and were not able to store our bags for this short period. Neither the light nor outlet in the bed worked. Staff was unserious, one joked that he didn't want to help us and his colleague said he'd check us in faster but he was hungover. Locks were 6 euro.

The location was good and the curtain around the bed was good at keeping light out.

The place is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We rented a 6 beds room. We had toilets and a shower in our room (very clean). There were 3 bunk beds (3x2), all had curtains which was handy if some want to sleep while others are awake with lights on.
