I found it difficult to find the hotel although I walked past it after leaving Cobh station. But a phone call to Mary sorted matters out.

Breakfast was an unexpected pleasure with two warm croissants plus butter and jam. Coffee was self help in the small kitchen off the room.

The hosts were very open and nice. We had a warm welcome from Michael who told us many things about Cobh and gave us tips what we need to see at our stay. Mary made us Croissants for breakfast and was a heartly host, too ! The room was excellent and had a beautiful interieur and view. Felt like home from the second we entered the door. Would recommend this to everyone who wants to visit Cobh as the room is just a few minutes from the central station and in close vicinity of the city.

Where do I start? Everything was perfect: beautiful house & room, well located in Cobh, charming host, comfy bed & modern bathroom. Mary was the most gracious host, giving us useful tips on what to visit in the area and we loved the warm croissants in the morning. A wonderful stay that we 100% recommend if you're visiting the Cork region.

beautiful house. garden room was done out to an exceptional standard. very comfortable looking out onto the courtyard. croissants in the morning were lovely. Mary was very friendly. will definitely stay there again.

Amazing accommodations! The rooms was clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. Incredible view of the ocean. We also LOVED the fresh croissants and jam for breakfast. Thank you for everything!!

This property is gorgeous and clean and extremely comfortable. The view from the room was amazing and the hospitality was second to none. I would definitely recommend it and I will stay there again if I am ever back in cobh.

There was nothing that I didn't like... maybe that I didn't stay longer.

I loved everything about this place - the comfortable bed, the best view, great croissant breakfast, but most importantly we LOVED the owners and their exceptional customer service and accommodating nature. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to travel to Cobh.

Room was a bit small, no where to put cases . Parking is a bit out from the guest house.

Mary was a great host, very clean,fresh croissants for breakfast. Comfy bed. Well equipped . Nice outdoor space. Very central. Very quiet.

The room and bathroom were a tad small, but it worked out just fine.

Fantastic centrally located accommodation.. Right along the water. Access to St. Colman's Cathedral, Titanic experience, lots of restaurants and shops. Parking is free on the left side of Spy Street nearby. Mary was incredibly welcoming and friendly. She also made delicious croissants for breakfast. Freddie was funny too, as he couldn't be bothered by much other than when the pigeons came in the yard.. Then watch out! Lol

Eventhough the property doesn't have parking we didn't have any problem finding parking across the road time limitations apply.

.Mary and her husband are are a lovely friendly couple, made us feel really welcome. .The room had a kitchen with coffee machine and tea making facilities , tea and coffee supplied. Mary even left croissants for us for breakfast. Excellent location on the sea front..

Our room was beautifully set up and had a wonderful view. Bed was comfortable and a great shower. Our hosts were very very friendly and helpful and provided breakfast as well which was a lovely surprise. The position is perfect for exploring the town. Wish we could have stayed longer.

the lady landlord was really friendly , the view from the room in amazing ( ocean view) and the backyard was lovely and the two beautiful scottish terrier doggos were a delight
