The room was outdated and the bathroom particularly the tub walls were in very poor condition. There was a large wedding at the property so we could not enjoy the bar or outdoor dining. This was the second most expensive hotel of our trip, so we expected more. Location was not ideal.

The shower head needed a good clean. The bath needed a good clean. The carpet in our room needed replacing as it is SO worn out. In many ways, the property exceeded my expectations but was just let down by these 3 things.

The room was lovely. The Nespresso coffee machine was great to have in our room. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was great. Breakfast was brilliant.

The staff we encountered were adequately friendly, but not what I expected, especially considering that everyone raves about the Irish being so friendly and welcoming! The parking was limited and very tight, with no covered area to unload in the pouring rain.

Our room was spacious and very clean, with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was nicely presented, although we opted for lighter fare therefore didn’t get to enjoy the full offering.

No sockets near the beds for charging the phones , only round pin ones . 4pm check in a bit late. For €365 a night you would like more value . Also no space in the car park or over flow car park due to some cars being parked awkwardly. Had to park on the road going out .

Your staff was excellent! My husband Kraft some things behind in a previous hotel and the reception staff were so kind in helping us get in touch with them and have the items mailed. Our room was so comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was incredible!!

The location was fantastic, right on the bay, 5 minute walk to town. Wonderful views, very peaceful. Full restaurant, bar, pool on site w jacuzzi. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Dinner service was bad, maybe under staffed? Food though was great. They never came back to our table after serving the food, we had to find them to get a check and no one asked if we needed a drink. Also kids rooms are a bit sad. Pool, everything else was perfect, overall awesome trip.

Air con in gym…I was melting!

Fabulous couple of days- lovely staff, really clean, entertainment each night in the bar, gym, swimming pool…so close to the town…what more could you ask for?? I would certainly recommend and will be back! Thank you to all in The Skellig Hotel, Dingle!💐👍🏻

We were traveling as a couple - not as a family. If you are looking for a great hotel that is family oriented with a kids club etc, this will be excellent for you.

The property was gorgeous - seaside with amazing views. Our room was beautifully decorated and the food was delicious.

It’s the nicest resort hotel in Dingle! It’s right on the water with great views of the harbor. A lot of parking. Quiet with a rural feel. Didn’t use most of the facilities as I was there to enjoy the town, though it lovely. There was a wedding going on at the hotel during the weekend, so a lot of the parking was taken up by that, but there was still parking available. Our room looked towards the highway & surrounding hills and the cows right outside, but it was still extremely quiet. An easy walk to the harbor & main town of Dingle.
