Breakfast was a la carte and we waited quite a bit to get ours ready. Even though it is a 4 star hotel there is no gym or spa.

Cozy and clean room, comfy beds. Location is good, approximately 10 min by car to cliffs of Moher. Delicious breakfast, even thogh it wasn't a buffet as expected. Staff was friendly and on check out they gave us some home made bread which was delicious.

We loved the location and size of the room. The bed was very comfortable and we felt very safe. The shower was very nice and the entire property was spotless.

My second visit so the breakfast was a certain.Sadly to say ,the weather was so abnormal so my planned walks were not fulfilled.Receptionist Yasmin an staff were exceptional The Bar and music was great

Rooms are clean, Wide and bed super comfy, High quality breakfast, welcoming staff and great position. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Fitz pub Is a nice Place to spend the evening if you are without a car or too tired ti go out, live music every night.

The girl on reception was kind, went above and beyond to help us out. She was so informative about the area and we needed to stay a bit later in the room to take a call and she made this possible. Outstanding service. Bar staff were also so friendly. We would definitely visit this hotel again as the staff made our experience so great

Very warm, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere. Every single person on staff we met made us feel so welcome. Room was spacious and clean. The food was really good.

Loved the live music in the pub. Location was so scenic on the Wild Atlantic Way. Very small town, quaint and charming with a great restaurant and fantastic pub. Very fun night. Rooms are very clean and relaxing the the fireplace in the lobby was very welcoming. Excellent breakfast

Shower was narrow and water pressure was inconsistent. It shut off twice during my shower.

The room was huge! Great location. Friendly staff, wonderful sitting area, beautiful facility. Breakfast was top notch.

No Aircon and the bathroom extract was not working. Limited lunch menu- can't get a sandwich which I found really unusual as they require such minimal prep .

Breakfast was lovely, but a long delay waiting to be seated with only 2 staff and we were waiting at least 20 minutes to be seated as no one came over to us and it was not that busy at the time.

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Simply because there seemed to be only one girl doing all the work and she was very good but could do with more help in dining room.. the result being that our tea and toast was cold as we were waiting for our hot food to arrive.. The food in the main bar /restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Such a beautiful girl at reception. Couldn't do enough for us..even helped us with our bags to the lift. The bar staff and restaurant staff were also very nice and friendly. The location is very good also. .room was very clean and bed very comfortable would definitely stay again. Great music in the bar.both early and late sessions.
